I purchased 3 separate Lee Industry items from 3 chairs to help support a local business. When the items arrived, the bed was delivered without the hardware so it was unable to be installed (to note delivery and installation was an extra fee from 3 Chairs). After waiting almost a week for the hardware to arrive (which was supposedly "expedited"), my husband had to go to the hardware store himself and find parts that would work and install it. I asked for some sort of refund since I paid for delivery and installation and was told that this was not possible. The Lee sofa slip cover arrived with what appeared to be a stain on it. I notified them immediately and was told to "take it to the cleaners and I would get the cleaning fee reimbursed". After, wasting time doing all this, I found out that this was a textile imperfection and could not be fixed. I again reached out to the store, and was told to "bring it in and that they would send it back and I eventually would receive a replacement", instead of trying to fix the problem and just sending me a new one immediately once notified of this issue. Then, to place the cherry on the top, the custom Lee accent chair that I also purchased came with the wrong fill, which I paid extra for. At least, Lee was able to send me the correct one (after almost a month after receiving all the furniture). After many discussions, I asked for some sort of reimbursement for the defective slip cover for the couch, installation and hardware I had to purchase and completed myself, as well as the time wasted going back and forth to the cleaners to find out it was a textile error and the only way this was to be replaced was if I took it to the store and waited weeks for a new one. NOTHING was offered from 3 Chairs or Lee (as per 3 Chairs since I cannot speak to Lee directly), leaving a very nasty taste in my mouth, especially after spending more than $12,000 on furniture at Three Chairs, which I though was a high end, reputable store. I will never buy anything from there again.

Three chairs helped me get a needed repair on my American Leather lounger bought from the store 10 years ago. They contacted the company to ensure I received the needed parts (at no cost) and referred me to a very good local repair company (Guardsman) who repaired the chair in my home at reasonable cost. great service all the way around.

Oh, how I love this terrific locally owned business. I’ve bought an array of items from them—Eames chair, couch, carpet, lamps, and table—all of which are of excellent quality. Susan, the owner, and Michael and Ellen (her sales colleagues) couldn’t be more knowledgeable and helpful. They have a wide selection in a comfortable and cozy showroom. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful store this is! And you couldn't ask for more helpful and accommodating staff! They are helping me furnish my new Ann Arbor apartment (I've bought an Eames chair, a beautiful rug, two lamps and a table) and I couldn't be happier with their selection, their service and their professionalism. And, as always, it is fun to support a locally run independent business. An Ann Arbor treasure!

As I wanted to support a local business during the pandemic, I chose Three Chairs Co. to place my order for a Herman Miller chair. They gave me an estimate of a month for it to arrive, no worries. A month has passed since and I called to get a status update only to find out the stock order already arrived earlier and nobody reached out to let me know. Now, I'm being told to wait an additional three weeks (on top of the 4 that has already passed) for the next batch to arrive and this is completely unacceptable. Will update review as they figure out how to resolve this issue.Update: Order has been picked up and taken home. Happy with the chair and is exactly what I ordered. They did keep their word and applied the discount but it took 37 days since being ordered to finally bring the chair home. Ellen was very helpful and friendly when assisting with this issue.

Very expensive. Kinda looks run down . Lady wasn't very friendly. For being t hff are for 20 years you'd think they would at least be nice.

What an awesome place. Came in to check out some Herman Miller office chairs. The place is awesome and the sales rep we dealt with was super knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be back to pick up my Herman Miller when I am ready to buy.

Amazing selection and service. Quite pricey but they have a selection of wonderful furniture that can be hard to find elsewhere
