The staff were incredibly kind and helpful; you can tell they really care about their customers and the animals! Very knowledgeable, relatable, and kind. 10/10 would recommend anyone stop in and see the cute cats and the selection of awesome products!

Had to stop after adopting a Whippet puppy just around the corner. They were wonderful, patient and knowledgeable. Puppy was car sick, they were amazing helping. Everything we needed was in stock, with great prices. If we weren’t from north of Grand Rapids we would go there. Probably live there.Highly recommend.
