Victor and the whole team are fantastic to work with. I had them create a new diamond wedding set for my wife and they knocked it out of the park. Not to mention the beautiful set of diamond stud earrings we purchased earlier. Each and every time we stop in we are met with a smile and feel like family! We will not shop anywhere else.

Compared to chain jewelry stores, Diamond Factory is higher quality and lower cost and has the best customer service. We went to 14 stores when we were shopping for engagement rings, and Diamond Factory blew the others out of the water in every way. My husband and I and our friends who have gone have all had fantastic experiences. I can't recommend them enough.

My fiancé came here to get my engagement ring and found the most beautiful 1.01 karat solitaire diamond for a very affordable price. He said he had went to multiple other jewelry stores and no one helped him and answered his questions to his to his liking until he got to The Diamond Factory.When we went back to have it sized the women who helped him was there to help me as well and was super helpful and knowledgeable while she sized me and wrote up the ticket for my ring and then invited me to look at wedding bands. She helped me try on many different combinations of stackable rings and when I found one that I loved she gave me a quote to pick it up at a great price when the time comes.I have not received my fitted ring back yet as it’s only been a couple days but if I’m able I will update the review to reflect timeliness, customer service, and quality with sizing.Thanks y'all!

Outstanding service! Everyone who works there is so friendly, not pushy, and they really listen to what you want. Victor did some serious searching to find great stone options for my engagement ring, and Lily was an absolute delight to work with. I love my ring more than I can say, am looking forward to getting my band, and would recommend them to anyone.

Teresa & everyone else that works there are so courteous. They are fast and precise with their work too. I had my engagement ring resized and the center stone replaced (plus an extra repair, the center prongs). They were done with my ring in less than a week!

I went into the diamond factory to get a wedding set upgrade. I can’t say enough good things about Viktor and his team. It was a pleasure to work with them! They were patient, they carefully listened to my request, and worked within my budget. No pressures, no rushing, and made you feel incredibly welcomed. The ring exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship was amazing to the millimeter. The quality and durability can’t be beat. I highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed.
