Wonderful selection and great service! Bailey was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient as I loved so many of the rings it was hard for me to choose just one! Highly recommend Arcadian antiques and hope to collect more of their treasures over the years❤️

Worst customer service. They ignored me the entire time I was there and told me they were helping others so they couldn’t talk to me. It felt very discriminatory.

My husband purchased a vintage art deco necklace for me when we were visiting Ann Arbor. It needed a few extra links added, so they sent it to their jeweler. We just received the necklace and it is even more stunning than I remember! Not only that, but the customer service was amazing! I frequent antique shops often and have never seen such a diverse and beautiful collection. Their buyers really know their stuff!Thank you to Bailey, Rhonda and Linda for a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back soon:)

Employees were rude and condescending. Such a shame as they had a nice selection of jewelry. They ignored me and then acted like I could not afford the jewelry there, when in fact I can. Drove a hour to go there and was very disappointed.

I was interested in a wedding ring for myself. My fiancé liked antiques so I purchased an antique engagement ring for her from another site. I searched for many weeks before finding arcadian antiques for my own wedding band that I was interested in. I emailed them and was connected with Bailey the owners daughter who helped me out. The ring I wanted wasn't my size so it kind of deflated my hunt for an antique band. She emailed me a few days later and said she just got something in that was my size and wondered if I was interested in a few pictures to see if it suited my liking. I ended up purchasing that ring for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier. Bailey thought of me out of all the people I'm sure she responds to in a day, and thought I may like this particular ring. I've never had service like that before. After only a couple of correspondence emails she picked up on what I was interested in and kept me in mind with incoming pieces of jewelry that I may like. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with Arcadian Antiques and their level of dedication to their potential customers. The ring arrived safely and beautifully with no problems. It even came with a handwritten, personalized note from Bailey thanking me for my purchase and to let them know that it arrived safely and securely. The whole Arcadian Antiques team truly cares about their items and wants to make sure they arrive safe and sound for your enjoyment. That really made me feel special and like my ring was cared about. I can't say enough for this small business and their dedication to antique rings. If I ever am in need of jewelry I will definitely be looking at their site first. Arcadian Antiques is THE place to get your engagement/wedding rings! The whole staff is beyond helpful and show so much care in everything they do. Not to mention, the actual jewelry is stunning and provides so many unique opportunities to ensure you can find a one-of-a-kind piece for the one you love. Rhonda, Linda, and Bailey were all instrumental in helping me pick the perfect vintage engagement ring. They were patient, knowledgeable, and kindly steered me in the right direction for one of the most important and emotional purchases of my life. I felt completely taken care of at Arcadian, so much so that my wife and I returned to pick out both of our wedding bands there. My bracelet lock mechanism was jammed so i came in to see if it could get repaired. The jeweler took it for a brief moment and turned around to do something. When she gave it back it had 3 dents and a deformed lock to give it tension. It was a louis vuitton with a 1000 retail price and i was upset that it was altered without having a heads up of what she was goinf to do. I went downtown to abracadabra to eventually fix the mechanism itself but the dent is unfixable. If u have a valuable jewelry that u dont want cosmetic damage to workaround i dont think this is the best place. Reading a little bit, i guess the lady who did the "quick fix" wasnt even the jeweler but the owner.

We have been delighted customers for 25 years. A great place for special romantic holiday gifts! Very fine customer service, but they do charge extra for bank cards. Lovely owner and staff. This applies to Caravan in Nichols Arcade and Arcadian II on Main Street a mile south of the central business district.

We didn’t get to go in since it was closed but they had lovely items that we saw from the window display. We will try to come again. We have gone to their other shop which is off of Main Street. Very nice!

The most beautiful and unique selection of high-quality items, mostly jewelry. Ideal place to shop for a special gift for a special occasion. The displays are gorgeous and the shop is spotless and very charming. The service is impeccable: the staff are knowledgeable, helpful but not overbearing, and bend over backwards to meet your needs.

Didn’t get a chance to see inside the store. A lady politely asked for mask at the door and indicated that I need one to enter. My mask was wet because of misty weather. She also said the don’t have any more masks for customers.Following a made up rule in any situation is not smart. Especially when you keep your fully vaccinated customers out. Typical 2 layer masks wont stop Omicron so why making customers stay out in 30 degree cold weather.

We cannot say enough about Arcadian Antiques! My husband and I got married in October, and we got my engagement ring, our wedding bands, and several bangles for gifts at Arcadian. All of the pieces are such great quality, and they have an amazing selection. Bailey and Rhonda always answered our millions of questions and are very knowledgeable and helpful. We were also able to get our wedding bands engraved through them, which added a really nice touch. We love that all of our pieces of jewelry have unique stories and some are over 100 years old! The quality is amazing, and we loved working with everyone at Arcadian.

Have loved going to and shopping at Arcadian Antiques with my family for nearly two decades. I first went with my parents as they shopped, and eventually purchased my own engagement and wedding bands there. The service is impeccable and staff are so friendly. Even though I live out of state now, they still recognize and know me each time I come in.
