I went In there just to return a WiFi box and stood there for like 5-10 min no acknowledgment. And then when asking that I just Had something return they were totally rude for no reason.

Had outstanding service from Tycon. He greeted me immediately and was very knowledgeable, he quickly resolved two numerous phone problems with patience and friendliness thank you Tycon !!!

Nice store but horrible customer service. I called around 19:10pm on a Tuesday to pay my bill. The one who answered the phone told me he is not able to pull up my account. When I kept asking he changed his words saying he is too busy right now to do so… I mean if the worker is lazy enough to reject the payment, what’s the point of doing the business? Very interesting experience!

One of the worst carries I switched to. I used Xfinity Mobile and thought it would be a good idea to switch to Tmobile. Absolutely garbage service. Barely 2bars and i get SOS in Ann Arbor. I’m transferring back once my cycle ends

The manager said “we sell phones here, this is a store, we are not obligated to help you.”The employees I worked with were helpful the whole time I was trying to figure out my options for my broken phone/look into why my claim was being rejected.I also went early in the morning so there were less “paying customers” but still got refused service when the issue was almost resolved.I would only go to this location if you plan on spending money and never have problems with your cell phone. If you look at the other low rated reviews, they all seem to agree with what I’m talking about.

Been coming to this store for about 7 years. Worked with many different staff who always know their stuff compared to other places I’ve been and help me with my complicated account. Zach A helped me through a very weird account situation today and made sure multiple issues were taken care of. With all carriers issues come up, it matters that people can understand your situation and actually help you when needed. And this store has always been able to do that! Love walking in here to ask my questions instead of calling the national customer service as well.

We were trying to activate a phone purchased on Amazon and the Sprint phone representative suggested we go to store for assistance. Sprint is transferring to TMobile and although we couldn't activate the phone on Sprint, we could on TMobile. Repeatedly Tycon and Alphonso asked us the same questions over and over regarding number of lines, how old were we (for senior discount I guess). We were clear from the beginning that we wanted the same plan (Veteran's discount). We were assured it would work and come back with all the phones. We came in on a day that Tycon was out and basically started over with Alphonso. Then we were told it would work but wait a few days for it to work. Two days later I got a call that it wasn't working. I immediately stopped in but he was out "at lunch." When I finally reached them the next day, I received the news that it wasn't working, but they were going to (hadn't yet) put in a ticket because of the "system." We are switching to Verizon and I was with Sprint since the beginning! (1999)

The least helpful staff imaginable. They essentially refused to help with an issue and just told me to leave and call the online customer service. The manager was especially unhelpful. Of course the online service told me that the issue could only be solved inperson... Waste of time

Shout out to Dan!! From my phone call to the store to our in person experience…he was the BEST! He made switching over from Verizon as easy as possible. He was very pleasant to work with and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I can’t say enough good things about him or my experience! Thank you, Dan for helping us!
