I had a very positive experience working with Suburban for the purchase of my new minivan. Despite the fact that he was working with two customers at the same time, Michael Gardner kept our purchasing process running smoothly and got us out the door with a fair price and trade in as quickly as possible. Kukos to the rest of the team behind the scenes who helped with paperwork and detailing as well.

West was great. He was super friendly and so sweet to my 63-year-old Mom. Unfortunately, their inventory was low, so I went down the street to their sistering dealer. I thought they would be like West, I sure was sadly mistaken. I wish I would have gone with my intuition and got out of there and had my Mom wait until West had a larger inventory. I trust the technician Jon because he will take the time to explain everything that needs to be serviced on the vehicle. My daughter is a driver now, and that's scary enough in itself, so knowing that I can trust the technician is huge. We did get my Mom a vehicle, and this will be the only place it goes for service.

I went to Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Ann Arbor to pick up a Jeep that i was going to purchase though Driveway Finance Corp. But was not happy with the Jeep because I have asthma and it had a smell of cigarettes inside of it. So that cause me NOT to buy it or sign the final paperwork for it. Jennifer who worked in the finance department showed me a Nissan SUV, it was nice, did not spell like cigarettes. I could not drive it because the sales manager told me it was still in transport mold and had to be taken across the street to the Nissan dealership to be fixed. But as soon as it was ready he would have his guys bring me the Nissan suv since I drove 2 1/2 hours to get the Jeep. That was GREAT! After a few days Nissan was still working on the SUV. So I asked if I could keep the suv to get it checked out and I would sign the paperwork then. The sales manger told me he is not going to have his guys bring me this suv and I send it back. I told him I DONOT feel comfortable signing paperwork on any car that I have not test drove. So I end up NOT purchasing anything from them. Then the NIGHT MARE BEGIN. Suburban had already summit the paperwork on the Jeep and the Bank had already PAID them for the Jeep that I NEVER signed the final paperwork on. Never took ownership of. It was put on my credit report, I even got a letter telling me when my first payment was due and where to send it to. Because of Suburban I was unable to purchase another car unless I trade in the Jeep that I never bought or put double the down payment down. So I was force to rent a car from July- Sept 2023 for $309.00 per week. So I could get to work, take my family to doctor appt and school. I just received a letter from Driveway mid Sept. telling me that the loan was revised because Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Ann Arbor sent the money back. No one as of 10/2/23 has offer to reimburse me for all the money I had to spend on a rental, and the hardship they cause me and my family. By getting MONEY for a car that they DID NOT sale. Then the manager start not responding to any of your calls.Make sure you know WHO you are dealing with. Think TWICE before you deal with Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Ann Arbor. Terrible customer service. Purchased a vehicle and was given an incorrect key fob. Called several times and sent messages but no response from the sales person or the sales manager.

We purchased a Kia Sedona from this dealership in November 2022. We had owned many Kias before and been happy with them and so bought another Sedona. Within weeks, it was leaking oil. (Red flag #1) I brought it in, as it was still under warranty. They "repaired" the leak for free. Two weeks later, my car was still leaking oil and they told me it was because there was oil in the bell and that would stop shortly. (Red flag #2: they didn't clean the bell during the repair.) A few months go by and it's still leaking so I bring it to a different dealership and they said the repair was not done correctly and it appears as though a headgasket problem was covered up. (Red flag #3) They repair the leak again, and the next day my car dies. The engine had sustained too much damage from the bad headgasket and I need a completely new engine for the low price of $9000. I called Suburban and left voicemails letting them know that I wanted someone to call me to talk about it. They told me the original salesman is gone so there's nothing they can do for me. This car had weird stuff from day one with the phone charger not working, the headlights both burned out three days after I bought it. I would not trust this dealership.

My 2021 Pacifica plug-in had a engine stall issue. I dropped the vehicle to Suburban Chrysler of Ann Arbor in Jan 2023 for repair. The vehicle was still under warranty. I called them many times. They told me the service manager will call me back and update the vehicle status. 8 months later.... I did not receive any phone call or any update. So disappointed...

From the moment I walked in door they made me feel like I didn't belong there. Waiting for 15 minutes for somebody to even acknowledge my presence while they were buzzing around listening to twerking music. When I finally got someone's attention I even made a joke about the music. And he literally just stared at me like I was crazy. I came in for a specific car which he did not let us look at. I had $7,000 cash in hand to buy a car outright but apparently it was not enough to be treated respectfully. If you're buying a car definitely do not go here I do not recommend at all horrible horrible experience. I went down to LaFontaine and was treated respectfully and ended up with great car. Complete 180

I bought a vehicle and flew in from out of state to drive it home. They facilitated this well and it was a very quick and easy process. Jason was very accommodating and helpful. I love my new Pacifica! Thanks Jason and crew!

Jason helped us secure the best deal on our new BMW 440i xDrive Gran Coupe. He is a hard working and honest guy. He was very kind, always responded quickly, and put us first every time. While waiting for some of the paperwork and applications, Jason was a pleasure to chat with about travel, life goals, and technology, he treated us as friends. He made sure that we were satisfied with the car and that it met all of our needs. He was never pushy and gave us all the time we needed to decide on the far and figure our financing.Their marketed price was below kbb, carguru, Edmunds, JD power, and Carfax assessed value. Our BMW 440i is an amazing car and is loaded full of features. Jason actually knew more about the car than many of the BMW pre-owned dealers we visited.When it came time to finance, Jennifer made it easy for us. Since they are partnered with our credit union, pulling up my pre-approval was super convenient. Jennifer was patient with us, even when I made some mistakes on the application. She answered all the questions we could think of to make sure we understood the services that came with the car and the options we could add on if we were interested. She didn't pressure us when we declined the options for our own personal reasons.We couldn't be happier with our new car and we so glad Jason and Jennifer were there to help us!

I had a wonderful experience with Michael Gardner in new car sales at this dealership. Went in wanting to explore several options and he was patient, knowledgable, personable, and fun. Absolutely zero pressure, understood my needs/wants in a new vehicle, and followed up with additional thoughts after my visit. I loved the responsiveness, but also the openness to explore without pressure. I'd highly recommend this dealership.

The dealership was really clean. The salesman was really nice and efficient. He got the job done and gave us everything we asked for no questions asked. He was able to give us the best deal from all the dealerships we went too.

The sticker description of included features was ambiguous. When I did not receive what I thought was included, I called and asked to speak with management (because my sales person didn’t know and thought that the crew who cleaned my car had removed the item). Management never called back Finally when I called again, the manager Ryan yelled at me and wouldn’t let me speak, and then said “I don’t understand why you are so mad.” I asked to speak with a different salesperson who was more knowledgeable about wranglers, though not a manager. He was very kind and explained the situation, however, in my all of my Jeep purchases, I have never been treated so poorly. My sales experience was also awful, after assuring me that everything was ready for me to just come in and sign, I was in the dealership for 4 hours. And after management told me running boards were covered due to my disability, and “oh your disability tag is all we need,” that turned out not to be the case.Had the management been knowledgeable and been able to explain the situation without berating me, or having to google the answer, I would have been less upset. But this wasn’t my first Jeep wrangler, and his “mansplaining” was unwarranted and inaccurate.I spoke with the General Manager who assured me that he would call me back the same night, or the next day. 1 week later, I hadn’t received a call from anyone, so I reached out to my salesperson. The general manager then called me back and said he had “meetings” and that’s why he didn’t call me.I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I’m tempted to switch to a ford bronco.Edit to add: I spoke with the General Manager, who was dismissive and said he’d never had problems with that manager (who was new) before. And then told me,”I won’t be held hostage to a survey” when I expressed my opinions.I can’t reply to the response given by the dealership, but I assure you, I spoke with the General Manager, and he was not helpful. I am currently reaching out to Stellantis for resolution.The complete lack of communication for this dealership, lack of follow through and customer care, or ownership for any of the many issues I faced as a disabled woman making a major purchase is unacceptable. I have bought many cars (and jeeps), and have NEVER experienced this. Do yourself a favor and go to La Fontaine in Saline. They are amazing. They just didn’t happen to have what I wanted at the time. I should have waited.

THEY SOLD A CAR DEEMED "DANGEROUS TO DRIVE" BY THE MANUFACTURER. The bad reviews will give you an accurate description of this dealership.This car should not even be on the road after being told that it passed all inspections and there was "nothing wrong with it." They did not care that we could have had a major accident in this car. THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD NOT BE SELLING CARS. The location manager got defensive and hung up on us when we brought things to his attention. The sales manager Tony and the salesman Sean have done nothing to resolve this issue which is illegal for a dealership to sell a car.deemed "unsafe to drive." IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE TALKING TO YOUR LAWYER over a car purchase, don't buy here. If we could give "0 stars we would. They obviously don't care about the customer's well being or in this situation, life.

Suburban CDJR in Ann Arbor was amazing! I bought a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Hide Tide on May 5th and they went above and beyond for me! The whole process was smooth and enjoyable thanks to Sean and his team. I would highly recommend going to Suburban for your next new vehicle! The people there are amazing!
