This Staples location simply has the best staff. The team is welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. In particular, I want to give Chris in the print and marketing department a big shoutout. As I have been working through designing and printing my wedding signs and materials over the last few weeks, Chris has been so immensely insightful and willing to help. His customer service is outstanding - he has been so quick to provide service, attentive, full of great recommendations and guidance. Not only to me, but I witnessed his kindness and genuine desire to help a handful of customers during my trips in.
Update: I’ve now had the opportunity to work with more of this team in preparation for my upcoming wedding. They truly are all so incredibly kind, thoughtful and helpful. Ashleigh has been of amazing support, gone out of her way to help so much and provided amazing guidance to get what we need! You all rock. Thanks again!!

I’m here just want to express many thanks for your staff, his first name is FRANK. He is super warm hearted, responsible, and is always willing to help the customers. I was seeking packaging solutions for my super big gifts. He helped me a lot and I really appreciate that, I couldn’t make it without him. Staples should be proud of having such a wonderful staff, I would give 10 stars to him!!

I went to Staples a few weeks ago with a friend to print off some wedding programs. Zoe was super friendly and helpful; she was patient with us and answered all of our questions as well as offering suggestions to get the best quantity and quality within our budget.

Customer service is trash!!!On December 16th around 11:45amI needed help printing off my resume. The customer service clerk was not helpful at all. Instead of helping me with my issue she continuously took other customers when I was there first.I am very disappointed with my experience at Staples and I will NEVER come back!!!I should've just went to FedEx!!!!
