I went to this location yesterday to purchase a new phone after my old phone unexpectedly died. The customer service was average and nothing to write home about. My only piece of advice is to research before purchasing a new phone (e.g., is it cheaper to buy through the carrier or the brand?), familiarize yourself with fees and taxes (you will get charged $35 for service and transfer fees, even when your old phone is dead and you'll have to transfer everything over on your own through logging into cloud services), and prepare for sales reps to try to sell things lol. A "free" watch that you have to pay monthly service fees for is a watch you're still paying for. There are other warranty options on T-Mobile or through your brand than the most expensive, monthly option that's presented during the sale. There's apparently no actual need for the superfast charger over the fast charger. I was asked if I wanted to buy a charger because there wasn't one in the case, which was strange to me. Every phone I've owned came with a charging apparatus, then I was told after the sale that the charging cord was in the box. If I'd known that, then I would've kept my old charger or looked elsewhere. All I'm saying is, keep your wits about you, ask questions, and research. Had I done all three, then I would've saved over $400 yesterday.

Yesterday around 5.30 pm I had gone to the Briarwood store and Deven helped us to make the transfer from old carrier to T-Mobile quite painless even though it was a difficult situation as I had the acct number of my Internet acct and not my mobile phone acct. It took time but before my old carrier representative cld help Deven had figured out the issue.Deven's dedication to do a thorough job and finish it to the end meant even though his shift ended at 6 pm he stayed on till 7.30 pm till our issue was solved. I feel guilty as it took time away from being with his 10 months old baby.I highly recommend Deven for his knowledge and and patience helping senior customers.

TJ and Daven were knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with! It was a little busy in there, but they treated each customer like they were the only one. Helped me get a new phone right away. Can't say enough great things about them!

Went in here briefly to check prices on phones. The cheapest phone they had was a flip phone for $99. The store was empty, but the employees weren't offering help. I walked around and looked at the prices on all the phones, saw they were too expensive and went to check prices elsewhere.

Sara was wonderful with giving information about updating plans and then helping get a phone repair after I cracked the screen the same day.The whole team was kind and informative to all customers in the building and got everyone checked in as soon as we were in the door.

After My Parnter Cracked my phone the same day he just went in , Sara was super amazing on helping us look at deals, and help us actually find a cheap and easy way to replace the phone. Their Customer service skills were amazing and I'd definitely go back again.

Used to be a sprint customer then unfortunately they switched to T-Mobile. Worst experience ever, poor customer service, terrible customer interaction in store. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM.We were lied to at the store when we went to cancel our account and go with another carrier, and when I called customer service after we received an unexpected bill fromt-mobile I was told that because our account has already been closed there was nothing we can do about the bill we received and I had to pay it. All the while profusely apologizing for the way we were treated and most importantly that the person helping us didn’t do their job correctly and I never should have been in the billing situation I was in if there people working for them had followed proper procedure when we walked in to Cx our servcie at this store. So now it’s too late for me to be given a credit.

I found Sara Stone to be very helpful, not pushy and so pleasant to work with when getting my new phone. She has also been extremely helpful in trouble shooting when I have had any issue in the past.

Went to the Oak Valley Drive T-Mobile store in Ann Arbor with questions about the operation of my new phone and Sara and Rashid were both very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Five stars!
