I got a coupon from the Red Cross for a free haircut here at Sport Clips. I very much liked my experience at this branch. The waiting time was not long (especially for a walk in), and the barber asked specific questions about what kind of haircut I want. I showed her a photo, and she knew exactly what she was about to do. We had a pleasant conversation throughout the process, and I was done in half an hour. I'm quite happy with the service provided! (Oh, and don't forget to grab some lollipops on your way out.)

I like the cut I get here but to reserve online for a 2hr wait is ridiculous, they dont take appointments? Hire more people maybe? Have employees on call maybe? Its really to bad they cannot give better timely service.

Very bad haircut the manager Cheryl does not know what she's doing they need to go back and renew their license or find another job this is the worst haircut I had in the whole 31 years of my life highly disappointed not even one star paid $50 for two haircuts and both of us was messed up lopsided uneven i wouldn't even let them cut my dogs hair really this place and the people here are straight up trailer trash

I’ve been going to this location the past few years and I’ve never had a problem with any of my haircuts. I’ll go to school in Lansing and still come back to this spot just to get my hair cut by Cheryl because I feel like she takes care of my hair just the way I like it. She does exactly what you ask and makes sure you know what you mean before cutting or taking anything off. I will probably not stop coming back to this location until she ends up leaving.

Please don't waste your money!!!Literally the worst hair cut my man has ever received.The manager Cheryl did his hair.The Manager. Let that resonate for a second.She hung up the phone when I started telling her she did a bad job.It took less than 10 minutes because she was rushing. It's uneven, looks like someone put a bowl on his head to trim. There is no fading, no rhythm. Very unprofessional.I wouldn't even let a child get their hair cut by her.Zero out of ten. Do not have Cheryl do your hair.

I undersStand it was a day before thanksgiving but…1. Too much sass2. Did her job extremely fast3. For got to put a towel on the neck before shampoo had to remind her soaked my tee completely4. Forgot the hot towel had to remind her5. Massage was for the sake of itOver all, I’ve been to better sports clips in the past!

It's cheap at around $20, and it's convenient because you can make reservations for most reservations through the app. The customer base is mostly men and children, and the contents are about 1,000 yen cut in Japan. I thought it was okay for me. Also, I have sports on the monitor, so I don't have to worry about having a conversation.
