Front office great; bed, linens and pillow great; room we had needed new carpeting and minor bath fixture repairs. Kitchenette was functional and dishes OK. Overall, a good value for the money.

This is an excellent place when you travel with kid. It is a fully furnished apartment with functional kitchen with all utilities. I would highly recommend this property for a feel-at-home stay in Ann Arbor.

Needs serious upgrade. Floors in bathroom were disgusting and mold spots on wall. No housekeeping service and no cream for coffee. They did bring us a blanket to the room which was nice....
