Would highly NOT recommend Luminary Looks of Arbor Hills. I was charged much more than anticipated for cancelling an appointment. Appalled by this text exchange. Truly disgusted. Dakota Wilson swore in a text exchange with me over charging me 60% of a $35 appointment. I was getting my eyebrows done which she only charges $15. She proceeded to charge me $21 for a cancelled appointment. If you want someone to steal from you go to Dakota Wilson of luminary looks.Service: Body Waxing

I can't believe they blast their shitty mall-pop music OUTSIDE. It's offensive noise pollution. And it doesn't even play *inside*. Please stop! The birds and your customers would appreciate it very much.

Sola Salon is pretty unique! Sola Salon is the main company with "umbrella" salons within. I go to Love Joy Salon, located inside of Sola. Eslie, is a treasure!! I've been going to her for 6 years and will continue to follow her anywhere! She does an amazing job! Will be honest with you about what you want done. She won't just color or cut your hair because that's what you want without letting you know the cause and effects. (She would do anything anyone wants, she just upfront!!) I highly recommend her!! You will be happy you did! Sola Salon as a whole, doesn't represent the hard working, "individual " salons within. Check them out! DONT GO TO DAKOTA WILSON @LUMINARY LOOKSThe first visits went well. We did extentention. she installed 5 bundles of hair. But then our reinstallation/move up. She only put 2 back in, cut my appointment by an hour, had her next client waiting while she was finishing up my hair. I felt so rushed. And when I told her that same day I hated my hair and if we could talk about fixing it. She told me to make a whole new appointment. I just paid her $360.00 for half the worka and absolutely hated the out come!!!! And for her not to even talk about fixing it, at even a lower costor even giving me a deal. im baffled. The WORST customers service I've ever had with a stylist!!!

Being new to the Ann Arbor area, I was looking for a new stylist whom I could trust with a drastic cut. I am SO GLAD that I found Molly Yesko!! She was so accommodating, she was even able to get me in for a same day appointment. The instant I walked in, I felt like we were old friends. Molly is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming and I wouldn't hestitate recommending her to anyone who wants accuracy, professionalism and lots of fun!
