I would give zero if I could. I get angry every time I drive by. This man and his wife RUINED my long beautiful hair!
I waited SEVEN years to get my hair done, because of the style I wanted. I haven’t used a styling product, a flat iron, even a blow dryer in SEVEN YEARS! It was SO healthy! I asked SEVERAL times are they sure they knew what they were doing. I had the pictures out for them to see of what I was looking for. As she was cutting, she was doing a great job and keeping my length, being very careful. He came out from the back, told her she was doing it wrong, turned me away from the mirror and proceeded to cut 13 INCHES OFF! If I wanted to do that I would had donated!!Then came the color change! I wanted a stark light from dark contrast of blonde and dark brown(my natural) he colored my entire head ONE COLOR and called it cowboy copper, and said I should love it it is what everyone is doing now! I was there for 5.5 hours, well passed closing. I told him how disappointed I was he ruined the cut, he said come back tomorrow and I will redo..well with my hair being now up under my ears (from below my navel all the way around) I didn’t want him touching me with scissors BUT please fix the color! He literally colored it the same exact color and just damaged my hair more!
I spent $180!! $180 to wear my hair in a clip(it was too short for a hair tie!) and now a pony tail for the last year! My son is getting married this weekend and my hair STILL sucks!
He wouldn’t refund my money but wrote on a business card that if I come back in about 21 days, he will redo it all, he said it would be healthy enough in 21 DAYS! After processing two days on a row! Sure, like I’d ever let him touch my hair again, it’s like giving him the bullet to shoot me! I was out $180 and have the ugliest hair you’ve ever seen :( DO NOT bring your hair here..they don’t care. He kept telling me how good it looked and I was seriously laughed at the next day at work. Wonderful business. I have so many wonderful things to say about the owner and his wife. Great people. Very patient with My 4 yr old son. It's all over an amazing experience. I totally recommend it to ALL. ? ty. A master of his craft.

Today we had a great experience 7pm August 27th night before school .We were able to get in for a hair cut for my son. So blessed today. The confidence he had a smile . my son loved it I loved it and looks amazing. Thank you so much. I highly recommend. We will be back.
