I've been employed with Serenity since 2017 & have zero complaints. Very caring & compassionate group of people. I love it! My great-grandma was also a client until she passed & all the caregivers that came to her house were wonderful with her, even when she was cranky!

I went to this agency because our trusted caregivers went there when Caring Partners folded. Yesterday my mother fell because she wasn't being assisted. This caregiver came from Serenity because Diamond our main agency couldn't find anyone. They are disorganized and their caregiver came not knowing what to expect.

I couldn’t of picked a better company to service my grandmother ! We love the staff that comes to our home , and the office staff because they are always on top of things.
