“Rodrigo and Irvin were phenomenal! They helped us unload our pod into a second-floor walk-up in exactly one hour. When the couch didn't fit through the fire door, they moved it in through the second-floor balcony (one person held the couch up from the ground level and the other held onto the couch from the balcony). It was truly amazing to witness. They were friendly, quick, and very hard-working.
Highly recommend Handle With Care. Easy to work with from start to finish. Clear pricing and communication, and no hourly minimum (billed in 15 min increments). Could not be happier!”

“We used their climate controlled facility. Very clean and dry. Very helpful office manager. Got a great discount with second month free. Easy entry and exit. Large flat bed carts to move items easily& efficiently. Tamper resistant locks to purchase. First day bring your house insurance policy to apply better insurance then they offer else you are charged with theirs the first day and you can’t “uncharged” it a day later with your paper work. Fairly close to I 94.”

“I had my car stored over the winter at LUXURY AUTO VAULT for the first time. Just picked it up today. It was just as clean/flawless just as it was when I first dropped it off in October of 2023. This is a first class auto storage facility!There rates are fair and resonable. The facility is extremely clean and well kept up. I was very impressed. The security of the facility is top notch and the location is undisclosed. The staff and owner are very friendly and professional and will answer any of your questions or concerns. Overall im very pleased with LUXURY AUTO VAULT and I will be returning this fall to store my car with them once again.”

I was moving from New Mexico to Ann Arbor, did not had my apartment ready before moving, and had to stay in a hotel for the first two weeks. I stored my baggage in this Public Storage. Super easy to set up your account. I rented the smallest one for one month. Had no problem closing the account after 20 days. Read their pricing policy carefully, that might be confusing for some.”

“Despite the internet being down after a major storm, the gentlemen in this location were figuring out how to make all the customers' reservations go smoothly, with smiles and patience for everyone. From the owner at the desk, to the operations manager who walked me to my truck & gave me a smile and hug, to the young men finding and prepping the vehicles - it was clear to see the customer-focused, respectful teamwork that makes this place special. Saturday is extremely busy and boy were they hustling! I feel blessed to have this business close by and highly recommend them for all jobs big and small!”

“You can rent trucks for moving over here. It was easy to use. We booked the UHaul online based on the number of hours. And then we went here to pick up the truck. We walked to the counter through the customer entrance gate. They gave us the keys and receipt. We picked up the truck and on a link that we received, we checked in the condition of the vehicle and we were set to go. It took us around 10-15 mins at the counter.”
