Called to inquire regarding certain brand of medication. Young lady took my information. Another pharmacist picked up the call. I repeated my request for information and he hung up!

The pharmacists have been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Especially during these past two challenging years, they have filled prescriptions, brought medications curbside, given countless vaccines. I am very grateful to the kind pharmacists.at Rite Aid.

Great staff in the pharmacy today when I went to pick up a new Rx. Then, at the front, a man who spoke no English at all was struggling to communicate and the manager Jordan was superb. My wife said he has been a great help to her many times too. Thank you all for your work through all these tough times. You are making a difference.

Just a warning that the \"Store Hours\" are DIFFERENT from the hours that the Pharmacy is open. For example, on Sundays, the Pharmacy is open only from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm!

I am a doctor and they refused to fill a legitimate prescription from my physician from Michigan Medicine for Tramadol. The Pharm.D.'s name is Vineet Joy, and I have filed a claim against him with the Michigan Board of Pharmacy. I addition, I have met with the requisite group at Michigan Medicine, where I work as a doctor and a scientist, and I expect that this specific franchise of RiteAid may be excluded from local pharmacies that can be used by this large health system, based on multiple instances of documented inappropriate behavior. Do not patronize this shoddy pharmacy.

Not my drug store of choice but when I'm in this strip I'll pop in to pick up something. It's fine. Not particularly sparkling clean but not filthy either. The stock isn't particularly impressive (but props because this is the one place I found gumdrops when I was desperately looking for them for a holiday craft project) but they've always had the basics and what I needed. Staff is kind of...meh. Not particularly pleasant but not rude either. I don't go out of my way to visit but it's convenient enough when I need something quick or simple.

If you enjoying waiting in lines bc of understaffing, being frustrated bc the items you are looking for are out of stock, or just want to hear some Sheryl Crow over the intercom, then this is the place for you!
