Something on my REI city bike wasn’t working. David in the bike shop fixed it right up. He knows his stuff and was really helpful and talked me through what was going on and how to maintain the bike.

All three staff who worked with me (3/30/24 3 pm) were outstanding. Great job, ladies, especially when the co-op was packed! Got workboots and a big pack, and both fit and ride perfectly. Thank you. Very happy city and forest dweller wishing you a most auspicious spring.
