Josh is absolutely the best in providing outstanding customer service. I came in needing boots for work and he crushed all questions I had and made great recommendations and shared other customer feedback based on their trades as to what people prefer. I absolutely will be back for my next pair

It's hard to be excited about this. My last pair or shoes fell apart within a few months, paid almost $300, they couldn't be re soled and nothing could be done. Got a hold of customer care and as a good will, I got $100, or 33% of what I paid. So I bought another $300 pair and we'll see what happens.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Simone who was able to direct me to the steel toe and puncture resistant boots I need for work. She was knowledgeable about the differences in the types of boots. She helped me try on three different boots until I found the right pair.

I have been coming to this store for a number of years and I really like the dude Josh. He's awesome. But the older guy that works there I think his name is Joe he has the worst customer service. I came in to see if I could have my boot looked at because I think I have some sort of bur because I keep shredding laces in the same spot. He was kicked back it one of the chairs when I walked in and he really didn't want to get up to help me and made me feel like I should never have burdened him with my problems. He did at least go grab me a couple new laces but said there's nothing I can do for you. This is not the first time I've had an issue with this guys customer service. Everytime I see him he doesn't seem to want to do his job. And from the look of all the bad reviews for this location they all seem to revolve around him. If I see him there ever again I'm just going to walk out. I will just hope it's Josh working whenever I come in he's the man!

The salesman was not attentive or helpful in the process. This was the first time getting red wings and would have appreciated a little help finding what I needed /wanted. I was the only one in the store the entire time he just sat that glued to his cell phone. They also did not have near the selection in store as they do online. So far their boots are good but the experience was off-putting. I would recommend avoiding this particular location

Bought several pairs of boots from this location in the past. Cost more to buy from this store than ordering online but I am one that likes to keep business local. I have always been given a 10% union discount in the past. Today I went in to purchase 3 pairs of boots and was told that I can no longer get a union discount. I decided to only purchase 1 pair from the store and I will order the other 2 pairs online. My bill for 1 pair of boots and a set of insoles was $355 and I was only given $10 off the bill. I do thank this store for letting me come in and try on boots so I make sure that I order the correct size from somewhere else.
