Very disappointed. The clerks are all trained to blindly tell every customer there is 120 days for returns and exchanges. That is NOT the case on all products. Buyer beware if you think you might need to return something if the person you are buying it for might not want it. Ask about each item you are buying. Won't be back as there are other competitors I would rather give my business to.

Love this place. Great selection of all the Michigan sports teams. Good prices. This location has a large selection of University of Michigan items. Other schools and Detroit teams have a section as well.Great place!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall apparel is similar to that of the M Den, but some sweaters are cuter! Lots of fun decorating items.

Overall staff was 5⭐️'s I bought everything I set ought to buy. The only thing I didn't like was I was admiring a Detroit Lions hoodie and noticed it came from another company and they covered up the retail price with their higher retail price. I'm sure they bought them in bulk and paid a wholesale price for them I couldn't imagine them paying retail for product to sell in the store... I bought the same one online for the less expensive price and I'm happy with everything in total. Next time cover your tracks better ?

Rally House has a wide variety of clothing and other items for sport enthusiasts! Great personnel too! I have found everything for myself, kids and grandkids! Exchanges and returns are handled graciously so I will gladly offer them a 10 out of 10 in satisfaction and excellence! So glad to have a Rally Ouse now in Arborland near me?♥️

A very pleasant place to shop. All of the staff is very helpful. Always impressed with the quality and quantity of the merchandise. I had to make an exchange on one of my visits and the staff made it a simple transaction. I recommend this Rally house. Also the prices are lower than the local University stores.
