Excellent and timely service. They picked up the boxes from outside our door and did an excellent job of restoring old ripped and marked photos very quickly. I would recommend them 100%.

Horrible customer service. The man actually yelled at me when I returned photos that he printed because they all had a pink color to them. He said he was so busy and behind like that would excuse the awful product he gave me. He never even acknowledged that he had made a mistake. His wife did do a nice job restoring my antique family photos but his behavior was inexcusable.

I just had the best experience of my life with this company. For years I have been meaning to get a photo of my mom and I repaired and with Priceless Preservations, I was able to give my mom the best Mother's Day gift ever. Rob and his wife are the dynamic duo and I recommend their services to everyone looking to repair those special moments!!

I had a wonderful experience working with Priceless Preservation. Rob was professional, kind and incredibly helpful in explaining their services. Even though it was a small project, Rob made me feel valuable; he sat down with me, looked over the photos I wanted digitized, talked to me about the process and what to expect. I felt so comfortable handing him the only copies of cherished family photographs. Priceless Preservation was able to turn around our order faster than expected and the finished product is phenomenal, better than expected. I would and will use Priceless Preservation again.

In the early 1980s, my parents bought an ill-fated Polaroid Polavision video camera. Similar to super-8mm, the films came in self-developing cassettes that were only playable on a purpose-built Polavision viewer. The format was only around for a few years, but the only eight home movies that my family owns were on those cassettes. Rob was not only familiar with the obscure format, but he had digitized some before. He took the time to explain the process to me, which involved opening the cases and splicing the films onto standard 8mm reels. Despite the extra work, the turnaround was only a little over a week, and he delivered the files on a playable DVD as well as on the cloud, and he handed me back the original films and boxes. Without his efforts, those films never would have been watched again. Thanks Rob and all at Priceless Preservation!
