We were very pleased with the care Preferred Providers gave my Grandma. She received several months of nursing, physical and occupational therapy. Staff was caring and timely with visits. At the end of service my Grandma was strong enough to go to outpatient therapy. I have and will continue to recommend Preferred Providers to anyone seeking home health care for themselves or loved ones.

This Home Health Care provider is worthless. 29 days they had a script for colostomy supplies and NEVER gave supplies to my family memberAt the 14 day mark which was on a Friday they called at 445pm to say that the Dr still did not sign the script. After speaking to the “nurse” - I use that term loosely - she said she would try calling the dr, of course his office was closed. She claimed she would never let her patients go without supplies. She didn’t, she supplies him with old colostomy supplies in boxes that had dust on them. Day 21 she claimed the Dr still wasn’t in his office to sign the scrip. Funny. We had just had a follow up appointment with the Dr. Day 29 we switched Home Health Care providers. When the Dr’s office called to cancel their services they were rude to the office staff.Bottom line - these people do NOT care about their patients.

Preferred took care of both my mother and grandmother. They both received excellent care. I will use them again.
