I had an amazing first experience with the intro to pole class with one of my friends. I was nervous about trying it out, but I had so much fun! The instructor was great and so were the other participants. If you are thinking about trying it out, I highly recommend!

I took the intro to pole class with Laura. She brings such good energy and instruction. I was afraid I was going to be intimidated by pole but it was great!

A judgment FREE zone! I love the atmosphere. Every level of dancer is accepted in the classes. I have never had a better workout!
