The branch manager Susan is one the most rude and condescending people I have ever met. If you are ever in a situation where you need something expedited, do not go here. She will sit on the couch and chat with friends instead of making necessary calls to complete a process, then treat you like a child when you try to ask why work was not done.

Honestly, this bank is garbage. I opened a PNC account in another state knowing that I was going to be moving to Ann Arbor in the future and that I would be able to access it easily. The first time I went inside to make a deposit with cash, they denied me and told me that there were no cash deposits inside of the bank, which, if you’re a bank, doesn’t make any sense. So I am limited to depositing my cash outside at the ATM… recently I couldn’t deposit ANYTHING while my account was running close to nothing with bills being taken out of my account. The ATM was down for a week. When I desperately needed to deposit my cash I had to call cooperate and explain to a branch manager my situation (previously I used another atm from a different bank to deposit cash and minutes after I received an email that my card would no longer accept deposits from other branches) and that I needed my card to accept me using another ATM because I had bills that needed to be paid. The lady on the phone said no problem and I should be able to do just that right away… nope. I just called the location to ask if the ATM was up and running again because my rent is becoming due and I need to deposit my tips. The lady on the phone told me she didn’t exactly know if it was working and to go to a different location out of my area because their ATM was old. So, whatever. As soon as I deposit my cash and pay my rent, I’m closing my account with them because they can’t supply my and likely a lot of others needs in the area. I cannot express this enough, DO NOT USE THIS BANK. I have never gotten a response on any other “rate my experience” follow up email, ever. This bank does not care about you. Thanks for absolutely nothing, PNC.

This is not a bank anymore- it’s a business office. They do not perform cash transactions for deposits or withdrawal. If you ask for that service they point you towards the ATM or another location miles away (outside of walking distance).

I always had a great time at this location employees have always been nothing but kind and helpful. However, this bank stopped accepting cash, and aparently carries no physical money. Why this bank still needs to keep such a large location open downtown, equipt with its own guarded parking lot is beyond me. Storefronts and parking spaces are at a premium in this city and knowing other pnc banks are close to location that will work with money I dont see the benefit of this branch staying open.

"Bank" isn't really the right word for this business: they sent me to a branch outside of town because I wanted to make a withdrawal that was more complicated than what their ATM could handle.Hopefully they'll be able to help me close my PNC account.

Always incredible service and helpful recommendations. I have had a safety deposit box there for years, multiple accounts and have needed complex transactions placed. Everyone I've dealt with at this branch, especially in the last year, have provided outstanding service and walked me through options in a way for me to easily understand. Thanks for the great service!

I am not an account holder but got a check for holidays. I called ahead and spoke to Charles. He answered all of my questions and told me what ID to bring. When I walked in, he greeted me and helped me cash the checks quickly and with a smile. Thanks for such great service!

Says open they definitely aren't than use the excuse oh the lobby attendant had to step away. Than put up a closed sign cause a moment is five min not an hour!

Nice place. Everyone I've dealt with there has been friendly. It has never been very busy when I've gone in, but they seem to have the space to handle busy times. There is a small parking lot around the back of the building, off Huron, so you don't have to fight for street parking near the door. I'll try to remember to grab pictures of it when the need arises for me to go back.

PNC bank is not user- or customer- oriented. Managers can be rude or unhelpful, and their senior managers do nothing to correct the problem. I have been waiting for some assistance for days now. The manager has done nothing. The senior V.P. called Mara Farmer has ignored my pleas for help too and blamed ME wrongfully instead of the branch manager for not offering help so far. A customer shouldn't have to beg for help. I feel intimidated that if I insist, she may terminate my account. That is not how a customer should be made to feel.
