I was recommended the chicken salad for $17.99 per pound and the grapes were left WHOLE, chicken chunks were huge, not to mention was extremely bland. Picked up a bag of crostini for $5.99 and it was extremely hard, like biting into a large crouton. If you're going to charge steep prices, the quality has to match.

While this place is very well organized and put together something about the staff is just a little too “lax” … I get easy going but yelling in the deli section at your friends in front of customers is one thing . Today I got sushi and for 14.00$ it had oxidized pieces of tuna tucked in the middle when I flipped a piece over . Also where’s the wasabi ??? Literally smaller than a bead you use for a child’s bracelet ??? I won’t be returning .

Good selection for customers with dietary restrictions (dairy free, gluten free, keto, etc). Prices are a little higher than my hometown grocery store but that could be a regional thing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus they are never out of stock of what I need.

Really enjoy shopping at plum market but there has been numerous occasions where they display long over expired items specifically in yogurt section in plum market. Had multiple in encounters where I had to notify the associates or had to come back because I purchased expired yogurts.Otherwise all my experience at plum market has been positive

I used to come here several times a while back when a friend used to live in the area. It was always my friend's go to for all prepared and mostly prepared foods. It is off Plymouth and right off of 23, so it was super convenient to hit up on the way to my friend's house. It's a bit pricey, but you would expect for a smaller specialty store than a big box store. Before going to this market I used to think my friend was a decent cook and then I was able to see how the food was always prepared and packaged perfectly to go right onto a sheet for the oven. The food quality of the salmon or chicken or whatever was always good. Makes for a good appearance of a good cook to even the most basic of cooks (Nuke kings and queens).

I enjoy shopping at Plum Market. Each of their departments has what I am looking for. They are conveniently located off 23 and I do stop by frequently. Employees are very knowledgeable about their products. Produce is fresh. I would rate five stars except that their prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores.

I love shopping at Plum Market. It's more expensive than a typical grocery store, but you are paying for truly exceptional service. In addition, the store is very clean, the shelves are well stocked and the produce is beautiful! I would challenge you to find a piece of anything that isn't super fresh. The staff are really helpful, but not overbearing. If you need help, there are plenty of nice people who will do whatever they can to assist you.

I like plum for buying meat and sometimes for produce. It’s not a store to do your weekly groceries as it is considerably expensive than other stores. In the last trips, employees at the cheese section avoided me. I waited in front of the cheese section for 10 minutes and couldn’t talk to anyone.

I would usually give this store a 5, but in my last few visits, I have found fewer choices in produce and lower quality of produce. Was ignored by the salesperson in the cheese section. The meat person seemed more interested in his conversation that had nothing to do with meat. When he did come over to me, he acted totally uninterested in helping with meat selection and sounded like he knew nothing about the different types of meats. Pretty disappointing.

Since I have a comfortable in the organic lifestyle I have been shopping at Plum Market Whole Foods and better health markets. I would like to say plum Market takes the winners spot for me, the store is always and I mean always very clean quiet and all the employees are very nice always talk with a smile and very helpful. Unlike the conventional grocery store that is so gigantic you can't find your way around there's never a worker around anywhere and if they are they're busy and in a bad mood they're always playing some staticy super loud music that drives me insane yeah absolutely cannot compare to Plum Market I actually never shop and conventional stores ever so thank you Plum market for being there I have two of them in Ann Arbor and I'm very happy for that

As a person with special diet needs, Plum Market has become a reliable source for gluten free foods and ingredients. This location has been an immense comfort when routine grocery shops have ever changing stock. In addition to this, the produce is ALWAYS top notch in freshness and quality. Butcher counter also has amazing selection and unmatched quality.

While I initially began to shop here because of the value of their items, I look forward to it due to the competence of the staff. They know products, offer excellent recommendations and have some of the most beautiful flowers in town. Not cheap, but stunning. A special shout-out to the wine folk. Absolutely knowledgeable without being pretentions in any way. They can recommend a $9 bottle of wine as well as the expensive ones. No judging, just helpful.

This Plum Market location is easy to get to, clean and full of fresh well-stocked produce and grocery goods. Their deli is amazing. I highly recommend shopping at this or any Plum Market store.
