I was seen at this clinic this week .I just thought i should share my thoughts on this delicate decision. I felt very cared for throughout the whole process . From the clinic defender, when entering the facility , all the way to the doctor I saw for my procedure, I was respected and made to feel safe the whole time . The understanding staff explained what was going to happen every step of the way. They made it a point to make sure that I knew I was the one in control of what happened with my body . All in all, my appointment felt like what every woman in this country deserves , reproductive health care that I , and only I , can decide on.

This clinic was really supportive I’m glad I went to this location because they literally we’re supportive of my decision they are very kind , very great staff they were nice and so helpful I definitely recommend ? ?

I cannot applaud how nice each and every staff member is here. I was very nervous about everything but they ensured they were there to keep me safe. I didn’t have a long wait at all. Pleased with my experience

I love that planned parenthood is available for any and all of my needs, they helped and made me aware of what my personal options are for birth control and took my personal/family health history very seriously. They took great care of me in office and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns and made me extremely comfortable the whole time. Tori the MA was exceptional. From the moment I came and and spoke to her it was like I was talking to a friend I had known my entire life. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and offered to be there for me in whatever way she could. She checked on me multiple times throughout my appointment even when she wasn't assigned to me. I will be coming back to this clinic for any of my future health needs and would very quickly choose them over my OB/Gyn.

Would not recommend unless you like dealing with pain and being told you have to spend more money that you don’t have because of something they caused.

Got here at 1pm. Office closes at 5pm. I’ve already paid my money, had ultrasound, and took necessary meds. Not sure what the hold up is. It’s as if the staff forgot I was here. Pure insanity! I’m sitting in the exam room as I type this. It’s 4:50pm and just started thunder storming and raining really bad. I’m sure they’re going to tell me I have to come back. Hopefully I’ll be given a gas card and food for compensation. Not to mention, my phone is dying!

Best clinic ever!! For years at other places I was begging doctors to please medicate me for an IUD insertion I was mocked and invalidated. But this place, I didn't even have to say anything. They knew it was a painful procedure. They offered me sedation, no argument no fight. I felt so safe there. I never felt so much relief. My pain finally was believed and taken seriously. The IUD insertion was so smooth with the medications, I didn't even notice they put it in. They then took me to a recovery room where they had recliners, heating pads and snacks ready. Please do yourself a favor and come here.

I had another place put my IUD in wrong and cause some severe problems. Planned Parenthood in Ann Arbor fixed it and it was completely painless. Everyone was super nice. I highly recommend this location.

Even though you come here for many different circumstances…this place makes you feel WELCOME!!!! From the moment you walk in to speak with receptionist to the nursing assistant. I LOVE IT HERE…hopefully I won’t be back though!! Lol!!! Amazing!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

Omg this place was great! The front desk lady to the left was rude?and the nurses and staff were sweet but most importantly RACHEAL! She was the best, I was so nervous about the medical procedure($665), even though she does the ultrasound I requested that she held my hand in the room and she was there. God Bless her. Thank you Rachael ??

Amazing staff, my nurses were perfect, doctor was sweetest person ever, everyone made sure I understood everything that I needed and why, they didn’t do anything without an ok, they held my hand and comforted me, it felt like I was surrounded by family, they made one of my hardest experiences of my life feel comfortable, cared for and accepted. I would recommend them to everyone Ik
