Based on my experience so far, amazing gym, clean, new equipment, and the front desk are nice. PF has app and it is friendly user. It is 24 hours except in holidays, which are listed in the app.

Your experience can depends greatly on when you go. I don’t love when it’s busy there, machines can have a wait and the room starts to stink. At night though it’s great! Empty, clean, no interruptions.

Clean gym and kind employees. Note that the parking lot is one way! Planet Fitness location can be hit or miss but this is a good one, just avoid 4-6 on weekdays when it’s busiest.

Planet Fitness on Stadium Blvd in Ann Arbor offers ample parking and friendly staff. The gym is well-maintained with a variety of machines and free weights. It’s open 24/7, providing great convenience. The facility is consistently clean, and the spacious layout ensures plenty of room, even during peak hours. Membership is affordable and offers excellent value. If you need a quick bite after your workout, McDonald’s is conveniently next door. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for maintaining your fitness routine in a welcoming environment.

Open 24/7. Will be closed for improvements 6/26 to 6/28.
Parking lot gives the appearance of being crowded. A lot of machines. Very large locker room.

Lots of good things to say about this gym. The trainer on staff, Cal, is especially great to work with. I didn't know when I joined that training sessions are free with membership and it was super easy to try them out. I was pretty new to working out and the sessions were great for getting set up, working up a sweat, and having fun with it.

Immediately after being in this pf for about 30 minutes I regretted changing my home gym from the one on washtenaw to this one. There's no welcome when you walk in, the 1 employee who wasn't there didn't smile once you could tell he didn't want to be there. He kept looking me up and down which is whatever until I went to the leg press which is located directly in front of the desk area, yea there's a wall there but it needs to be taller because this creep kept staring in my direction for 10 min and didn't move. I used about 4 machines and there's dirt and dust all over the bottom of every peice of equipment. The floor in that particular area at the time was always clearly unswept and dirty.
At washtenaw there's always 2 or more employees walking around cleaning and stocking and actually doing work and making everyone feel welcome. I'm really not sure how this place is getting the good reviews that it does. I've been to a few planet fitness over the last year or so and I've never experienced such rude and weird vibes from employees

NO HOT SHOWERS. I have been a loyal customer of this location for over 8 years. During the last few months, it has been extremely frustrating to come here to work out , and not be able to count on having hot water to wash up afterward. They had a new remodel done at the end of 2023, and since then the hot water has been spotty, especially at NON-PEAK times. Management doesn't seem to care, and will rarely post a sign warning patrons. This issue has been going on for months, and despite having plumbers come out, it has not been resolved.
I would like to note though, that the staff is friendly and the workout areas are kept impeccably clean. It's unfortunate that the locker room situation cancels out every good aspect of this location.
