I have gone to Pictures Plus for many years for framing needs and have always been satisfied with the result. I take my time to decide, and like to look at a lot of options, and have not felt rushed. I have had my children' art framed, many sentimental paintings done by relations, and my own beginning art framed. Whatever I bring in is treated with respect and framed to bring out the best in it. Pictures Plus is one of my happy places!

I've gotten several pieces custom framed here, and my last experience made me question if I would return. I dealt with the older gentleman, who asked me what I did for a living when we were figuring out frames, etc. When I told him that I work at the writing center on campus, and that I primarily teach writing to incoming freshmen. His response? To tell me that "those who can't write teach writing." I'm sure the fact that I'm a younger woman factored into his rude response. But honestly, what do you get out of insulting your customer's career other than to boost your own ego? I laughed it off at the moment, but the more I think about it, how could he not know that was incredibly insulting? Additionally, one of the custom framed pieces I picked up had some gunk on the matting, which they did fix... but the person asked if I wanted it fixed, and I was kind of like, well, for the $250 or so I paid for all of this, yes, I want it fixed!
