I love the vibe at the Co-op. 30 years later, and it still feels the same.Although I'm not a member, I've shopped there for years. Always for 1 or 2 specific items that I can not find elsewhere. Currently, I shop there for cornmeal. They have the best!

I am an avid coop shopper and have shopped at many coops around the country. I have never been treated so poorly at a food coop. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. The produce that was passed its prime was still out for sale. This is the first and last time I will shop at the coop in Ann Arbor. You do a disservice to all coops.

Their hot and cold bars are stocked when I'm looking for a quick meal and their organic rotisserie chickens are very reasonable.

They have what I am looking for---fresh bulk spices and other vegetarian foods. Laid-back atmosphere, music is fun, not too loud.

I've been coming here for decades when I travel up to A2 for the day. It's always a welcoming atmosphere and the store is in great shape. I loooooove the amount of local/regional products. The locally produced tofu and tempeh is just fantastic.They are also to see if they can custom order a product for you.I always look forward to visiting the People's Food Co-op!

$12 a hour to wash dishes and prep cook ? ??Get with the times. Even McDonald's will pay $16 a hour
