Nordstrom Rack is a store with great prices on name brands, though some find it still expensive. The store is clean, well organized, and described as an excellent location. Customer service agents are courteous, attentive, kind, sweet, and very helpful, with employees earning high praise. The shopping experience can feel overwhelming due to the many racks, especially for those not familiar with the store. Some merchandise is considered overpriced old stock and returns. It remains a favorite and happy place for many shoppers who appreciate the service and selections.
Walked in and walked out! The store was more organized than on other days that I have been there. I personally didn't find anything of interest there.

Excellent store and location. The store is clean, well organized and the prices are great! The customer service agents are courteous and attentive. This is one of my favorite stores to shop at.
