For the life of us, we couldn't get this pop up to stop popping up. We went into every app downloaded and fixed the settings but the pop up still continued. I was getting frustrated until we went into the store and the gentleman had fixed im the pop up issue within 15 minutes! He explained what the problem was and how to fix it myself. Bryson (sp) was a fantastic help!

I was assisted by an employee named Elijah. He was very helpful and informative. I walked in wanting to buy a new phone. I was in and out the door in literally 15 mins. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had with customer service. Every customer that walked in the door behind me was assisted immediately by his coworkers. This location does a great job assisting their customers.

Went in to replace a phone. There was only ond customer finishing up and three employees. It took a while to be greeted. Looks like it was pissibly shift change since one employee walked out with their gear. I was approached by a female. She greeted me in spanish and proceeded to tumble out a littany of foreign words. I had no clue what she was saying and stated so. She stood silent so I explained to her that I am just a brown person and no I don't speak spanish. She had no appology but glared at me dismissively and annoyed as if I just offened HER. I saw this as clear racism. I am Asian. I have a tan. This woman was offensive by assuming that I can only speak Spanish simply because of my complextion. Point of fact : Spain is in EUROPE. That's where the pale gene pool is from. It's affectionately known as "WhiteManistan". Most of the world sports various shades of tan/brown. They don't all speak Spanish but have a multitude of other languages... that are NOT Spanish. To T-Mobile, I emplore them to hire better quality people AND in addition, please incorporate "racial"/ ETHNIC sensitivity to their training ( how not to be a F%$#@&g racist)Oh.. also, she didn't really help me find a new phone. She was totally clueless about the products in her store.

Arrived at the Ann Arbor location an hour before posted closing time to buy a new phone, only to be told by some kid sitting down u0026 playing on his phone that he shut the computer down already u0026 was closing the store early. This happened on 2/11/2023 @ 7pm. I have been to the Taylor corporate location in the past u0026 they have always been polite u0026 professional, so that's where I will go for now on.

This is the worst metro in ypsilanti the management has no skill set and play the blame game on every one. Brianna is the worst person alive she should never be aloud to work for metro or TMOBILE she has no knowledge of anything cell phone related and is rude to customers and co workers she thinks she is god gift to the world.

Not helpful at All very Short & Rude.. Called for 2 hours No Answer drove 45 mins there to find them sitting on there phone playing games.. Also have pics of it.. So sad Do Better Metro.. As I was leaving a lady was pulling in and she had been calling for 2 hours and was upset she had to drive in for help. So Sad get people that want to work and NOT just sit and play on your phone's..

Horrible service went in looking asked about prices gave me higher prices...I left went to another non corporate metro.. gave me upgrade prices plus coupons...... same on y'all.....
