Omg, activating my phone took so much time and the rep told me to call and have the $25 be waived because of the internet issues, I called and waited an hour and spoke to several ppl who said to go back in to the store for her to waive it! I called the store and the lady begged me to just pay it and save her time since my phone was so expensive?! Kind of unreal.

Good for paying your bills. Don't buy the cases, they're overpriced tremendously. Just go on Amazon to get cases and honestly sometimes phones. As long as they're unlocked, you can just get MetroPCS service. The fact that they charge you $25 for them to put in a sim card or switch your Sim card from one phone to another is wild to me. To each their own but they do have good prices for service.

Visited the store on Sunday and they didn't have the phone I was looking for. Devon took my name down, ordered a phone for me and said it would be ready for me on Wednesday. I stopped back in on Wednesday. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to return to the store from lunch break to open the door for business, Devon tells me, "They sold your phone, I'm sorry." She then offers to sell me a T-Mobile brand phone that was incomparable to the phone she ordered for me. Making promises to customers and not delivering is just bad business. After being a customer of this location for over 10 years, I will not be returning.

I'm new to the state and needed a new number and phone. The one I wanted wasn't in stock but the young lady who spoke with me about it called me immediately after restocking it. She not only did that but assisted me applying for a program to reduce my monthly payment. Thank you.
