The service team is patience and helpful for all kinds of issue. I went to the store today to make a check of my car battery and Mr.Dhitirojana’s was really patience to negotiate with me about the problem of my car. But don’t forget to make an appointment when you need any service or else you would wait few hours until the service finished.

Had a repair issue which stretched to parts shortage from Germany. My car sat for 3 months at the body shop close to them. MBA-A stayed on top of it. They have an amazing new service manager - Kan; Shawn one of the service rep was utterly awesome. This one took a village and Mercedes of A-A checked in with me periodically with updates, even reached out to the body shop, discussed updates with insurance. From Sales (Brody) to Service - they own their trade! #MBAAstellarcustomerfocus.

November 2023, one year after last bad experience. Service A, oil change. We decided to try a different approach and wait for the car in the dealership. Scheduled the 9 am appointment months in advance, and arrived there 10 min early. We were told that is going to take one and a half to two hours.10:30am ... the car is still in the parking lot...finally someone drove it into the service area.11:30 am ... the car is still suspended above ground with the hood open. How much oil is in a car?12:00 pm. The car disappeared and is probably somewhere for cleaning.12:30 pm the car is finally brought back to the floor for us to drive it home.Three and half hours, and finally the oil change is complete!NO paperwork to show what was done, whatsoever.NO communication from the service personnel in all this time. The guy (Shawn, same guy from last year ) was very busy browsing the web, while seeing me through the glass as I pace nervously waiting for my car.Guys, I do not work at dealership. I don't have to spend half day there for an oil change.Mercedes-Benz is a high quality brand which should not associate its name with mediocre dealership like this. I had better experiences at Ford, Subaru and Chevy dealerships.This a repeat of the same problem I had last year. I will not entrust this team again with my car.I subtracted a star from the previous rating, because this is not random and I see no improvement from last year. I'll spend some time to see if I can get my review to one of the tv stations in the area. I am really disappointed.

Fantastic experience. Cameron at sales and Louie at finance were incredible. John, one of the managers, was a great guy as well. Highly recommend this dealer for those looking for a great customer experience and of course, a beautiful Mercedes car. We will be coming back!

This has been one of the best experiences of dealing with a car dealership ever. Someone recommended Susie Arrow and she is the most amazing person. She is extremely thoughtful and professional. Right from the first contact to having our g wagon delivery yesterday it was a flawless experience. Extremely grateful to Susie Arrow and the team. You are the best!!

The absolute worst customer service in the industry. After six tires blowing over the course of a year merely driving around Ann Arbor, the GM can’t be bothered to respond to an email or pick up the phone and return a call and I’ve sat in the service department for an hour while they only communicate via text. After three Mercedes at this dealership, my business will be solely focused on Porsche where they understand how to properly engage with customers. Electric scooters are more reliable than this car.

Awful service and no regard for repeated safety issues. They refuse to communicate in a professional or timely manner and have no concern for resolving serious issues with the car.

One of the best dealers I have ever been to. From scheduling an appointment to getting a vehicle. The staff is amazing and very helpful from sales to finance as well as their management. Hands down will be returning in the future!!

What a HORRIBLE experience. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle that supposedly underwent a 165 point inspection. I got the vehicle home, and tried to buckle my kids in, when I noticed that the both seatbelt extenders in the third row did not work properly. I would assume that this would be the easiest part of the inspection to conduct but it was obviously not. I asked to return the vehicle because I am not confident that the rest of the inspection was done properly, and they told me that there was nothing that they could do, and I'm basically stuck with it. They took it to service said that they would fix it and get it back to me, here I am 2 weeks later and still don't have the vehicle that I paid a ton of money for and in need of returning my previously leased vehicle. Needless to say, I am extremely frustrated. This is not what I expected from a Mercedes dealership.Thank you for your generic response, I left a message to your and haven’t received a response. Either he doesn’t work on Friday’s and Saturday’s or he doesn’t respond to customers. I’m sure all the other people on here that left negative reviews never got a call back either.

Saw a c43 I was interested in online and got recommended to work with Mickey before I arrived and I am glad I got recommended to work with him because he was nothing but a pleasure to work with and very professional. It was near the end of the month so he expedited everything and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Even at the time of delivery he explained all the systems in the vehicle and helped me set up the app. If you want the smoothest sales experience please take the advice I was given and ask to work with Mickey!!!

I am Happy to have found the right vehicle for me here. Cody was excellent to work with. He was not only friendly he also made sure the process was smooth. Louie was great as well and made signing the papers easy. They both were helpful with all of our questions!! Great place and people!!

I made an appointment to see and purchase a vehicle yesterday. When I arrived at my scheduled time there was a couple who walked in to view the vehicle. The sales guy assigned to me was no where to be going the first 20 minutes of us being there. I told him I wanted the suv and also wanted to rest drive it. When we came back from out test drive they allowed the other couple to purchase the vehicle. I asked to speak with the manager and she basically said first come first serve I explained to her I had an appointment and I called prior to them opening up, I was advised that the vehicle was in service and they would pull it out so I could test drive it. They basically didn’t care that I had an appointment or that I said I wanted the vehicle the sales guys basically disappeared not wanting to provide us service. Also they didn’t even offer to try to help me find anything else. I wanted to speak to someone higher up. It was morally incorrect.they sales guy we were assigned to was no help.

Thank you a million to Kan the service manager! He is tremendous and a phenomenal human being. Kan truly cares about his job, the dealership of Mercedes Ann Arbor, his peers and most importantly his customers.Kan genuinely cares to resolve your issue and make sure your happy when you leave. I went into the dealer for an issue with my vehicle, and he had it resolved within an hour!!! He was very kind, went on a test drive with me, diagnosed it almost immediately, and explained what was wrong, took his time and answered all of my questions. If there were more people like Kan this world would be a better place, he made what was a terrible experience with this dealership into a fantastic one.I hope Kan gets a promotion, pay raise or some future accommodations because he really did a great job.
