I have to say that I have worked in the dealulife before and there are certain things you EXPECT from your dealer and then there are things that you HOPE FOR from your dealer. MB of Ann Arbor, specifically SHANNON and the rest of the service department, check off both those boxes! I have not felt this kind of customer service from a dealership in a very long time. Dealerships in general don’t seem to care about the customer, not the case here. I will drive from Southfield to have my work performed here.
Shannon and the rest of the folks in the service department, please keep doing what you’re doing and the way you’re doing it because it’s the way it SHOULD be done!

The ratings are real! BUY AND SERVICE YOUR VEHICLES FROM THEM!!! I rate this dealership five stars…unequivocally. I will save you from the embroidery and give the highlights of my experience. Our family purchased two vehicles in consecutive weeks, the most recent being a 2014 MB E550 as of yesterday. My nephew got accepted in business school and we decided to get him a 2015 MB C400. We had a wonderful experience with his transaction and yesterday was even better! The Pre Owned Director, Mr. Jon Keblesh, walked with us throughout the whole process ensuring a smooth and fair negotiation for both parties. The General Manager, Mr. Jason Wier, even got involved to manufacture the deal when we hit a small road block and made sure it went through. Even the Finance Director, Mr. Louie Richards, was a consummate professional - even if both deals ended up being cash transactions. He was still very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I even told him he reminded me of a family member in California. Thus, that is a great segway…They treated us like family. I felt confident and trusting with their business dealings and I recommend this dealership to anyone who is reading this review. I have been in management for over 20+ years in the retail and sales sector and this team (albeit a small one) are very strong and honest group. The service at this dealership is horrible. You cannot get a hold of anyone despite what number you call. I waited for 6 weeks to finally get a service appointment for my car. I dropped it off at 9am. I was told I would get an update and no one called all day. At 4:30pm I tried calling the number texted to me earlier in the day, and again it connects to no one. I tried texting back. No response. I guess I need to go to the dealership in person to find out what is going on with my car. Seriously the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any dealership let alone a 'high end' one.

Susie and Dina made my first Mercedes-Benz purchase an exceptional experience! They were not only friendly and diligent but also incredibly patient, answering all of my questions—and my husband’s—with great attention to detail. Their persistence in making sure our dog was comfortable inside while I completed the paperwork was a thoughtful touch. Susie went above and beyond, thoroughly explaining all the features of my new car and even capturing a special moment with a bow on my new ride. I highly recommend this dealership and will likely return for my next purchase, despite having a closer option. 10/10 Highly Reccomend!

I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor earlier this week. When I first arrived for my appointment most of the staff were super busy so John one of the sales mangers came out of his office to help me himself. John and Liam made the process super easy and were great to work with. Super cool people! Great car, great price, great service!

Extremely unprofessional. Saw a certified pre owned suv for sale by mercedes benz of ann arbor online, called and asked for availability and lady at the front said it was available. Said i will come in and take a look at it and purchase if i like it. She recommended i make an appointment so we would have first dibs on it if we like it. Made an appointment with a salesman by the name of Mickey (very nice guy that helped us and i give him 5 stars) went in three days later to my appointment, sat and spoke about the car with Mickey, went on a test drive and he explained everything about the car to us, as soon as we got back to the office to purchase the vehicle the manager at Mercedes of ann arbor told mickey that as we were test driving it another customer put a deposit on it and they cannot sell it. My wife and i were bummed we had to drive 1 hour out at 8:30am to get to our 9:30 appointment. So we went next door to BMW and purchased the same vehicle but different color. Mercedes benz off ann arbor needs a professional management team. Thanks Mickey for wasting your time on us and i am sad to witness that your manager is unprofessional!

Had the amazing experience of purchasing a car here, Susie Arrow helped me have a smoother process and explained to me all the details. She helped me with financing the car and made sure I understand all of the details. It was a great pleasure having to deal with her and I recommend her and the manager Dina who helped me get the best interest rates for me. Before I got to sit in my car it had been detailed and washed and as per my request a big red bow was placed on it for pictures. Beautiful customer service and amazing mood from the ladies and men working here. Highly recommended!!!
