“Yesterday 11/4/24 I was in trying to find new dress pants for a job I am starting today. Will, your employee is absolutely amazing, not only did he reassure me that we would find something and to not stress, he did it in such a kind way. He asked if I needed help any time we met eye contact and the whole time while helping me he was organizing, folding, and fixing up the store. He is simply amazing and I’m truly appreciative of his service. We actually were able to find TWO pairs of pants. Thanks will!

“Employees are very kind. I forgot a bag in there, called it red, look around for a few minutes, and gave up. as I was leaving, an employee found my bag and returned it to me. the bag was gray, not red :0
I am very thankful. It was only a mug, but the employees really went above and beyond that day.”

“Bivouac? More like BivouWOW. I was enjoying a beautiful Sunday morning stroll when all of a sudden something called me into this fine establishment. As I entered the oasis of outdoorsmanship I was met with the best customer service I have ever experienced. the name of the salesman sadly has escaped my memory but I believe it was Collen? Anyways I have never had a more personalized shopping experience and felt valued as a customer”
“Their store is nice, quality items yet overpriced. When they have a good sale it's worth it. I really like shopping upstairs at the Franklin Park mall Macy's because I find rare treasures I can afford there. Even if it's a hunt the price can be right.”

“There was a lady working the resiger with beautiful pink hair. She was drawing a cute mushroom figure saying "Happy Holidays" and I said that was cool and she did a good job and she gave me the sticky note with no hesitation! Just the pure joy in her eyes and mine as we exchanged that paper. I just wanted to write this in hopes she'll see this review and know she left a positive mark on me by that simple act of kindness she has no idea I've got severe social anxiety so for her to go out of her way to not make me feel it at all. That's special I hope she and everyone has a happy holidays!”

“Love the selections that I've been seeing both in the store and on the website. It would be nice to see more items displayed in the store in sizes above a women's large. Sales and discounts also don't always sync up been online and in store.This location is clean and usually pretty neatly organized. Easy to see items on display.”

“I want to praise Elaine especially for excellent service on Jan. 18 2023. I had a complicated return and Elaine demonstrated determination, patience, and great knowledge of "the system" there on the computer to complete the return. Most of all, she kept her good humor and friendliness even though the situation was a headache. She could have announced "It just isn't doable" at any time and I wouldn't have known the difference. Thank you, Elaine, for your outstanding service! I want to add that both my mom and I always find something lovely at Macy's. In all departments, the selection is excellent, and the store is pleasant and kept in good order. I really hope these "department stores" survive. They provide one-stop shopping, employ locally, and offer great sales. They are also up on trends - young people should check Macy's out!”
“They have a lot of good shoes here all of the newest releases. Would highly suggest it. The one thing I didn't like is that they didn't have a lot of Jordan 1 highs in stock maybe that was just because of when I went with the release dates. I would give this place an 8 out of 10.-update I just got Nike blazer mid 77's here ( see picture) they are awesome.”
