“I went to the AA store for a suit fitting for a wedding party. The staff immediately greeted us and provided outstanding hospitality. Genna was the dedicated member to our group and she was simply outstanding. Not only her immediate knowledge of what sizes would best fit each individual, but her personality made the process very enjoyable. She was great to work with and I would recommend visiting her and the rest of this great team. The suit is also great. The OTR fit is already a slim fitting design and feels great with plenty of room to move. 10/10, would recommend.”

He was very knowledgeable and provided helpful guidance not only with the suit, but with the shirt and tie stylings as well. I felt very comfortable knowing I was purchasing a high quality product that would be a great investment. The alterations were very quick (it took about a week), and the suit fit perfectly. “Bivouac? More like BivouWOW. I was enjoying a beautiful Sunday morning stroll when all of a sudden something called me into this fine establishment. As I entered the oasis of outdoorsmanship I was met with the best customer service I have ever experienced. the name of the salesman sadly has escaped my memory but I believe it was Collen? Anyways I have never had a more personalized shopping experience and felt valued as a customer”

“I went here to pick out a pair of shoes and the lady who helped me here was really nice! She helped me find a pair of shoes that i liked despite me being really indecisive, (Her name was Nicole) I also liked how they had half sizes there and usualy no brand ever has half sizes. They also had everything in stock too, no other store had my sizes :,)”
“Yesterday 11/4/24 I was in trying to find new dress pants for a job I am starting today. Will, your employee is absolutely amazing, not only did he reassure me that we would find something and to not stress, he did it in such a kind way. He asked if I needed help any time we met eye contact and the whole time while helping me he was organizing, folding, and fixing up the store. He is simply amazing and I’m truly appreciative of his service. We actually were able to find TWO pairs of pants. Thanks will!

“This was my first time back to the M Den in many years. Stopped to pick up a t-shirt for my girlfriend after Michigan won the national championship game to find t-shirts ranging in price from $25 up to $45. I think this is ridiculous as the lower priced t-shirts were Glidden brand which you can buy for just a couple of dollars. I do not believe the print on a t-shirt warrants the additional inflation. The store has a very large variety of items.”

“Love the selections that I've been seeing both in the store and on the website. It would be nice to see more items displayed in the store in sizes above a women's large. Sales and discounts also don't always sync up been online and in store.This location is clean and usually pretty neatly organized. Easy to see items on display.”
“They have a lot of good shoes here all of the newest releases. Would highly suggest it. The one thing I didn't like is that they didn't have a lot of Jordan 1 highs in stock maybe that was just because of when I went with the release dates. I would give this place an 8 out of 10.-update I just got Nike blazer mid 77's here ( see picture) they are awesome.”

She was drawing a cute mushroom figure saying "Happy Holidays" and I said that was cool and she did a good job and she gave me the sticky note with no hesitation! Just the pure joy in her eyes and mine as we exchanged that paper. “I want to praise Elaine especially for excellent service on Jan. 18 2023. I had a complicated return and Elaine demonstrated determination, patience, and great knowledge of "the system" there on the computer to complete the return. Most of all, she kept her good humor and friendliness even though the situation was a headache. She could have announced "It just isn't doable" at any time and I wouldn't have known the difference. Thank you, Elaine, for your outstanding service! I want to add that both my mom and I always find something lovely at Macy's. In all departments, the selection is excellent, and the store is pleasant and kept in good order. I really hope these "department stores" survive. They provide one-stop shopping, employ locally, and offer great sales. They are also up on trends - young people should check Macy's out!”
