Tell me why I was just put on hold for more than 2 hours when I called this pharmacy

Horrible pharmacy. They send you a text message your order is ready. You get there and they tell you it’s NOT READY. They have you wait 2 more hours. So incompetent and unprofessional! This happens all the time not once.

They aren’t ready with my medication at all when I receive a text message they say it’s ready at a certain time but when I arrive there they say it’s not ready!
