“Getting a CPAP for the first time was actually intimidating the time first for a few reasons but mainly how to use it and care for the machine and also compliance with your insurance company so you make sure you get what coverage you are entitled too. When I went to Binsons I was lucky enough to have Piper help me through the process. Not only did she spend close to an hour going over every detail the evening I picked up the machine and making sure I was comfortable with it but she was even super helpful after I got the machine home and needed to call in for questions.
