I will never buy another mattress again unless it is from Elise and her team at Mattress Firm. It was an unparalleled customer service experience from browsing through the store all the way through delivery! I really appreciate all of Elise's efforts to go above and beyond. And they delivered to the third floor of my townhouse (special shout-out to AJ and Jamal)! If you're in the Ann Arbor/Southeast Michigan area, this is the place to buy your next mattress!

Needed a new mattress for my child. The sales associate listened to what we were looking for, showed us several options and we were able to schedule delivery for the end of the week. We will come back here when we need a mattress for ourselves.

Dylan was amazing! I came in not having a clue what I was doing and he was very patient and helpful during my experience. It felt as though he had my best interest at heart (outside of the job responsibility) and he made the situation really enjoyable and entertaining despite the fact I was looking at mattresses for 2 hours. I came in expecting to be stressed out/overwhelmed, but I really enjoyed my experience here because of Dylan!

Very helpful staff while not being overbearing. We were able to peruse beds on our own time and whenever we had a question, we didn’t have to go far to get an answer. Great experience

We had a very positive experience. Elyse, our sales person, was helpful, informative, patient (took us most the summer to finally buy a mattress), friendly, and most importantly did not apply any pressure. Would recommend this store to others shopping for a mattress.

Fast and efficient. Spoke to Kyle - at the actual store- who was able to answer my questions about picking up the mattress, sent me a text link for payment, stayed on the phone to confirm it went through and tagged item as sold. So refreshing to speak to someone at the actual store versus a call center agent. Wish customer service was like this everywhere!!

Attentive, courteous, knew her products well, made all arrangements for delivery, very efficient. Even recommended another store when I asked about where I could buy an unrelated product. Prices reasonable. Highly Recommend!
