Very bad management attitude by Mrs. Nichole - I wanted to return an item with its receipt and box 4 days after purchase and the manager named Nichole unprofessionally refused to. She was sassy and almost wanted to fight. I went back a day later and as soon as I walked in, she talked to the cashier to not accept the return instead of letting other workers deal with it. The lady was very nice and politely refused because it was worn once. I managed to return it somewhere else! This is the only Marshall’s at Ann Arbor, and such behavior should not keep happening. Otherwise, the place will shut down like others did.

It is a great store to get nice clothing, home items like bedding or kitchen things for reasonable prices. This one is just a little old but not bad.Luckily there is a new one being built in the same plaza soon :)

Love the prices, changing styles and atmosphere! Manager (can't spell her name) Nadia? has always been so kind and helpful. She keeps an eye out for the chocolate covered dates that they get in sometimes. Never enough of them though! I go in there to look at tops and 9 out of 19 times, I walk out having bought a new top! My only problem is they do not carry petite lengths in clothes. Hard for us petite women to find them! Come on Marshall's, you can do better with that! Still love store though!!
