What a lovely group of people. A plate that covers our muffler got loose after I had the car washed, the day before a big road trip. It was a quick fix but the Toyota dealer service department on Jackson said they were too busy, even though I described the problem (I saw the loose plate and could tell it just needed a new screw.) I also let Toyota know we got the car from them and have been having it serviced there for 12 years. They still said no. But Eric and his crew on Main Street let me bring it in right away and fixed it within 10 minutes. For free! They also didn’t like the way one of the brakes looked and tightened up a screw. We just spent $1100 at Toyota for maintenance needs. So we are going here from now on. Eric said they work on all-electric cars too.

Excellent customer service and communication. I was able to schedule my car easily and am happy with all the repairs upon completion. I am also very pleased with their auto detailing services. My car hasn’t looked this great since purchasing! Highly recommend.

Always a great experience here. I’ve tried many shops over the years and I truly feel like they are one of the most honest shops around. Pricing is fair and they don’t try to upsell anything unnecessary which is highly important to me.

Main Street Motors was recommended to me by a retired mechanic.
I called late in the day and was told I would be able to drop my vehicle off the next day, at my convenience before work.
The staff was friendly and prompt, getting back to me only a few hours after drop off, and we're able to complete the work same day.
Then, I was able to pay online and pick up after hours.
Very easy and convenient.
Will be coming back!

So I took my car to this place trusting them to fix my vehicle thinking they would do me right but they did not they messed my car up and now it's completely messed up they don't even offer to make it right my brakes are worse my car is worse I was supposed to get an alignment they didn't do it they said they did I didn't need it so now my tires need to be replaced because of it and they were new tires I wouldn't recommend going there they recently asked me if I was satisfied with the work they did I told them of course I'm not satisfied my car is falling apart with all the parts that they were supposed to replace and do they're all messing up and I need an alignment and they tried to tell me I didn't need an alignment I wouldn't recommend going to this place the old man that sits in the front is a very nice man but I can't never talk to him because they won't let me talk to him after how they did me in my car talk to him after they did me and my car and a broken lug nut they wanted me to replace it myself then they called me to have me come back up so that they could replace it they didn't care about the main stuff the important stuff that they messed up on my vehicle. No they only offered to fix the lug nut after I said something three times my tires are getting bad because you didn't do a alignment u said I didn't need it and yes I did!! My oil is leaking and it wasn't before my breaks squeak and they're brand new ? wow!!

Stay away! This place is a scam. They overcharge and push unnecessary repairs, especially targeting college students. Avoid at all costs!
