“If there is a mail service that you need they provide it, in addition to handling all shipping services they offer computer use, printer/copying/faxing services. Their prices are reasonable AND most importantly, you can get to the Washtenaw Ave. location quickly--in and out every time with what I need.”
“This place is great. I found it looking online for a Notary, called and he was available right then. I drove to the Mail Shop, was able to get my papers Notarized, I asked if he could make a couple copies for me, he did, then was able to mail everything off. One stop. Lex, the female employee on shift that day stood and helped me for 45 minutes checking everything over because I didn't have my glasses. Marcus, the Notary and I believe the owner, was just as great. If you need something Notarized, call him first. He's available, and he will travel to you if needed. Just a great experience all around. Thanks Marcus and Lex, you made my afternoon much smoother ?”

“This store does a tremendous amount of work with limited resources. I've personally never had any issues shipping anything here; my go to. Hard-working, by-the-book, and respectful employees. Suprised by the low rating... Edit: Some of the other reviewers complain about the issues when returning Amazon packages... I had a similar experience but when it was explained to me, I took the time to understand and correct my mistake before coming back with the return boxed up. UPS is not Amazon... people forget that and take it out on these guys. Read the return instructions and you'll have no issues.”
