Absolutely the best in auto dealer in the market. Test drove high end SUVs from five dealerships and Lexus of Ann Arbor yielded the best quality at a fair price (even for a high demand model). Salesman Mauricio was outstanding, we test drove five different vehicles in less than an hour and manager Dan W found the perfect vehicle in future inventory ans gave us a fair price. It is was the perfect transaction, quick and easy and no high pressure upsells and add ons. Would highly recommend the team of Mauricio and Dan if you are in the market for a Lexus.

I have been a customer of Lexus for many years.
My experience has always been extremely satisfactory with all the staff .
Today. I leased my new Lexus and, once again,
the service was excellent.
Hernando has been my sales agent for many years and has always demonstrated his professionalism, courtesy and expertise with me.
Today he finalized the new lease and , together with Jennifer processed the transaction .
Jennifer was extremely courteous and professional going through all the paper work.
I also want to thank Stan for his assistance in explaining the technology of my Lexus. He was extremely patient with me and told me he would always be available to answer any questions I may have in the future .
