“Prior to visiting, we already had a number of Motawi tiles in our home and an appreciation for the detail and craft of each piece. After going on the tour of the entire operation, it's clear these folks are on another level - and it's quite humbling.

The tour itself was incredibly illuminating. Everyone we spoke with has a clear passion for the care and craft that goes into each piece. After the tour concluded, we spent some time evaluating discount pieces in the Boneyard, and wound up purchasing a number of fantastic pieces (full price and Boneyard discount).

Because we were traveling from out of town, we had our purchase shipped home, and everything arrived quickly, as expected.

If you find yourself anywhere near Detroit and have some time to drive over to Ann Arbor, and are remotely aware of Motawi Tileworks, you should absolutely make the trip.”

“We loved working with Ann Arbor Stone and Tile! We went with them for our flooring, backsplash, and countertops for a kitchen remodel and couldn’t have had a better experience from start to finish. Carolyn and Emma at the store were super helpful in guiding us and very fun and easy to work with. There was no pressure from a sales perspective and they were more than happy to give us plenty of time to explore ideas with them. We are so happy with the quality of materials and how everything came together. They also got everything ordered and installed incredibly quickly!The person who came out to measure the countertops and the installers were very professional, thorough, and personable. They were very respectful of our home and talked us through each step of their process. My contractor isn’t easily pleased and he was VERY impressed with them. Lastly, the tile delivery man was excellent! Our driveway isn’t the easiest to work with and he handled it like a pro, with a smile the entire time.We have so much appreciation for every member of the team! Working with them has been the easiest part of our remodel. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be visiting them again when it’s time to tackle the bathroom remodel. “I had the previous review below, but I decided to reschedule and Ferguson was extremely apologetic and I realize accidents happen and I’m glad that I decided to give it another go because I had a really great experience with Amber Knight. I probably spent at least 3 to 4 hours with her, and she was really great. You could tell she has a lot of experience doing this and gave me all the advice and tips that I needed to know to make the right choices. I’m very happy with my experience there and the selections, Amber helped me pick. She is very organized and really knows her stuff, I highly recommend. I also recommend checking to make sure you got the appointment, confirmation via email. It does take at least three weeks to get an appointment with Amber, but she’s very well worth the wait.

I was referred to Ferguson Bath, I went by to see if
I would like their selections. A girl at the front desk took my info and scheduled an appointment with Amber, for 3 weeks later, which I think is crazy. I schedule it anyway. Then 3 weeks later, I'm on my way up, but decide to call to confirm I was on my way, they tell me they don't have me on the calendar and I have to wait another 3 week....really great experience so far.”
