I’ve always had a positive experience from this branch. From opening a CD to typical banking transactions.

Very helpful when you absolutely need to go inside regarding your account.

Long waits inside the lobby, and a lot of dazed looks by the tellers at this branch. Try another branch. They are polite here, at least

They were alright. I didn't have them long.

I had been using this bank as a place to temporarily place some funds for a home purchase. The other day I ran into a pretty complex problem involving a cashiers check. The staff went above and beyond exploring possible avenues until ,with some flexibility in their part, they were able to find a solution. So impressed with customer service provided by the branch manager Sal Alihasan. I will definitely be moving my local banking to Key.

Returned an employees check stating NSF. Charged Fee. I went to the bank with questions. I showed the bank that the account in question had plenty of money to cover the check. Showed the date and running balance of the account to them right on my app -- they said its NSF and pay the FEE. Horrible %$#@ Bank. I asked to see the check copy ? They didn't produce anything but pay the FEE. Paid my employee an extra 38 Bucks to cover there FEE. Had him set up a Cash App Bank account on his phone in 45 secs and never gonna worry about KEY Scam Bank again. Why do we need banks again ? Dieing industry - Instant phone apps and Crypto are so much better its not even a Funny Joke. My phone can send 500 bucks to Japan in 1.8 secs but my bank takes 6 Days lol. Worthless

If I could give this branch zero stars, I would. Please heed this warning....don't use this bank for your personal banking. I was a regular customer here from 2004-2008 while I lived in A2, maintaining my checking account here. I also opened a personal line of credit in 2008 to facilitate my move to Chicago that fall. I paid off my line of credit within 10 months, never missing a payment and never being late on payments. When I paid off the account, I called to close both my checking and line of credit accounts. I was told this was no problem. They sent me a check for $250, the remaining amount in my checking account, so I sadly assumed the accounts were closed. Fast forward to December 2017 when i pull my credit report as part of the home buying process. I see I owe KeyBank $1100?!!! I call their generic Customer service line to see why this is.....turns out that my accounts were never closed as promised. Apparently my line of credit and checking were linked and when they returned my checking account balance to me, my account then defaulted because it didn't contain the required minimum balance. So the bank drew from the line of credit every month for 9 years to pay the fees....KeyBank did not contact me in any way. Nor did they report me to any credit agency. I thought the accounts were closed so this just went on and on for years. The branch managers have been less than helpful. First Katie (who's now at another local A2 branch) and now Lopa. Katie wrote off $200 but honestly that's a joke given their error in not closing my account in 2008-2009 and lack of effort in contacting me to obtain payment on a delinquent account. She did manage to close my checking account finally and as a parting gift, she then reported my delinquent line of credit to a collections agency. And Lopa....well she's been totally useless with her empty promises to call me back after she discusses with Katie. I'd steer clear of any manager who doesn't know how to manage. So heed my warning....run away from KeyBank. This bank is the worst.

Do NOT go to this location. Went there for new account opening, only one person was available at the bank and I was told to wait for 1 HOUR as the manager has gone for lunch AT 11 AM. Unbelievable!
