Fantastic group of people over here! They go above and beyond to make sure your Saab is working properly and that you get the right quality parts to keep you going on the road safely! Also for those who have xwd system, I'd highly recommend letting these guys do the service on them!Services: Battery

I had such a wonderful experience getting my saab serviced here. Sky, Tiffany, and Jaris were helpful, courteous, and answered any questions I had. They were able to locate parts that were difficult to find, and now my Saab is repaired! I would recommend this place to anyone.

K&N is a godsend. As long as they are in business, K&N will always be my vehicle repair business hands down. Professional, friendly, honest,. Jaris and the crew are exceptionally good at what they do.

They are knowledgeable, and friendly. They helped me even though I was only a customer by proxy, buying a car that they previously worked on. They sent me the invoices, from them it appears their time estimates are conservative which is great, for instance they can replace a timing chain in 5 hours which is a hell of a lot faster than I can do it!It is my opinion the costs are hidden by the price of parts. The subframe on my Saab was replaced in April, the charge for the part which was used was 1,080 dollars. Here in the south I can get 5 for that price 1,080 dollars. The worst part however is for around 1,080 dollars you can actually buy a brand new OEM subframe. What about a PCV valve for 50 bucks!? The superseded part number to the one in the invoice, in other words the newer part number, costs 12 dollars.Keep in mind that Saab parts are not hard to get contrary to what you may hear, the factories are still pumping a lot of them out.Make of my review what you will, but I personally would not take my Saab to this mechanic.

My '87 244DL VOLVO needed a repair and the shop I had it at no longer had a tech that could do the repair I needed. K&N Automotive was able to not only get the part I needed in three days, they were able to inspect my Volvo only to discover that the repair that the original auto shop claimed I needed done (an over $800 repair) wasn't necessary at all. Everyone there was outstanding and helpful, they went above and beyond for the "Other" Swedish car visiting the Sabbs in the lot. They made many phone calls to the other shop to get clear details as to what was really going on and was excellent with contacting me with updates. This business is something rare: A small, local quality shop that is honest and professional. As I told them the day I picked up my Volvo: "You have a customer for life."

K&N has been my trusted mechanic for over a decade now, servicing 3 cars in that time. I can't imagine going anyplace else for either standard maintenance or major repairs. Their work is stellar and performed with integrity. Their pre-purchase inspection saved me from a bad decision, and informed a much better one. I can't adequately express how much I appreciate Tiffany, Jaris, and everyone at K&N!

The staff was very friendly and polite over the phone, through email, and in-person. Even with the transition to their new location they were prompt and helpful. I appreciated being able to wait while the work was being done (I do not like leaving my vehicles anywhere to have something done then having to wonder how it was treated or if it was taken for a joyride in my absence). I liked that before starting they asked me questions to clarify what was needing done and then asked me again midway through about what I'd prefer to do when they encountered a cracked hose I didn't know about (I like being kept in the loop rather than being about to leave and hearing a casual by the way 'oh yea we did this and this'). They did not try to up-sell me when I asked about possible future work needed on my coolant, but rather were honest and said I was fine for now. (I am not a trusting person in general, but having mechanic work done is definitely an area where I'm extra on edge about the sometimes lack of checks and balances and work accountability on the part of the shop, so it was nice to not get that irritating vibe where you have to question 'alright do I really need that done to my car or is this mechanic just seeing me as an ATM'.) It was nice that the staff were able to interact with each other and talk and laugh in passing, but also keep working and not be horsing around on my dime. I greatly appreciated and duly noted the inclusion on their google maps details about them being an LGBTQ+ friendly business. I drove a bit over an hour to get there and I was not disappointed when I left. *Spark plugs changed on my 2007 Saab 9-3 Aero 2.8L V6 Convertible
