The store is great but their bank, Comenity, treated me very badly -- called demanding I pay $43 at once because the post office had returned my $29 check (saying it was wrongly addressed but it wasn't) and then Comenity added $14 interest for 10 days or so!

Had returned item I ordered online for a different size. They were so helpful making the decision on sizing and went out of their way to make sure I got the original sale price. I plan on frequently going to J. Jill here in Ann Arbor.

I like J Jill because of comfortable clothing. I love this location because it convenient and I've always had excellent interactions with the staff. They give great, honest advice, in addition to being attentive and pleasant.

Great clothes, very helpful sales people, FREE PARKING and it's always neat and clean. They have a lot of clothes on special sale (mostly past season). I would give it 5 stars if they carried petite sizes!!!
