The demeanor and customer service skills of the manager I had to speak to were horrendous. There’s always a kind and professional way to say things, so it does such a great disservice to the brand when an employee (let alone manager???) is condescending and snippy. I gave J.Crew’s customer service a call after my encounter—they helped me immediately and were so apologetic for the experience I had in-store that they gave me $10 store credit. I would avoid shopping at this location in general and just purchase your items online if you absolutely must.

Full disclosure: I am a shopaholic.With that being disclosed I have had the privilege of dealing with the best sales associate ever!Lindy is just simply amazing! She is so knowledgeable of all the J Crew merchandise and their promos! It’s just a pleasure dealing with her. I travel an extra 40 minutes to shop at Brierwood Mall just to have a better experience.Thanks Lindy! You are the best!

Horrible online service. Ordered item not delivered to UPS for shipping for 6 days. When I called customer service, they frankly lied it about it being in transit and give item to UPS until the next day to start the delivery. Shameful company with no transparency.

This is my absolute favorite Jcrew in Michigan! The staff is always so kind and helpful. When I’m shopping at this location, they treat me like I’m the only customer in the store. They have a great assortment of product and the store is always merchandised beautifully. I was doing some shopping over the holidays and got to meet their new store director, Keith. I can tell he is going to be a great asset to this company and store!

I just had to share my experience about this J.Crew- Keith was so amazing in helping me shop on a day I needed some retail therapy. He made me feel special and helped me find clothes I love. 10/10, I will definitely be retuning to this location

Good service but rarely do they have a wide size selection or many choices. If I'm making a trip to the store, what's the point if they don't have many choices or sizes? It is a very pretty store with good merchandising.
