Most amazing service I’ve ever received during a loan process. Hats off to the two people I worked with Rovina Garcia and Gemala Afifi. I would prefer ijara cdc over guidance residential and Uif any day. Offer better products and work fast at completing your loan!! Great job!!!

They are not Islamic financing, they are cheaters. You have to sign with the banks first (conventional mortgages) with interest and they just add a second agreement with them so you have to pay $20-$50 per month to them doing nothing. Also $1500 non refundable fee in the beginning.Before going with them ask for the contract to see what it has. They never give you the contract, until last days where you don't have any other choice.Its sad how they pretend to be muslims and scam muslims.If you decide to sign riba with the banks why do you need them anyway?Do your research before!!!

All the people i worked with are great and very helpful, they make a loan process very easy and simple and help with every step, I always prefer to wrok with them for having a new loan or refinance.Working with sabra and jomar are great they are always helpful and they communicate professionally and there response time is fast.thank you.

Started my process with Ijara but didn’t complete my purchase through them, because of some issues on their end.Giving 3 stars since they cooperated with our realtors and got us taken care of quickly.With Ijara, be cautious of higher fees and elongated business practices.Please note that Fardowsa is Amazing! Work with her as much as you can if you go through this organization.

If there is negative stars I would give this corporation. They’ll waste your time. Very poor service. Be careful guys. They are a broker not a real lender. They do unprofessional service.
