Went into my local bank to get documents notarized. I told the teller what I needed, and she called Kathy Wilcox over to assist me. Kathy walked me through the entire transaction with professionalism and kindness. As an old lady I appreciated her taking the time to get it done and the reminders she gave me to file with the appropriate person. Hats off to Kathy!

Pretty rude. Red wouldn't deposit my check, didn't offer a way I could fix the problem. Next. Guess I didn't fit the good profile to get help. I hate your bank.

The ATM is ALWAYS BROKE DOWN! On 7/24 I attempted to withdraw $300 and it didn't tell me that it was broken I barely got my card back my receipt said that I got the money but I didn't. I spent 45 minutes in the Drive-Thru and they tried to tell me that I had to wait till the end of the week to get my money and I said absolutely not I need that money this is your mistake and your ATM. You didn't have a sign up on it. They ended up giving me my money. But when I checked my balance today because I got an alert, my account is negative $300 because it's showing that I had two different $300 withdrawals that date. Needless to say I am livid!Side note, watch your fees. They have been charging me fees for non Huntington ATM withdrawals that I'm not even doing. I wrote down the dates and the transactions and I'm finally going to talk to them about it when I deal with this other stuff. Seriously considering switching banks after being with them for many many years after this latest experience. Do better huntington!

Great service, very secure. Bank teller is very friendly, can accurately pronounce my name. Very clean branch. Very respectful and very safe place to do banking. Thank you!
