Fast and professional customer service. I had such a wonderful experience with Angela about 6 months to a year ago. I had a unique circumstance and she went above and beyond to assist me. The situation was already very stressful for me so since she made it as easy as possible for me I greatly appreciate it. I would recommend this bank to anyone. Thank you Angela!

Terribly unintelligent and disrespectful staff. Avoid this branch, the W Stadium location is 1000x better.

This branch has some very friendly staff and I believe that Huntington as an organization is very nice, however that’s the end of the good. This branch is close to my office which is the only reason I try to use it. But time and time again I find them to be not helpful. It truly feels like they look for ways to put obstacles in my path whenever I attempt to make a deposit. The staff themselves are polite but seemingly could not be less helpful.

Tried to swing by in the middle of the morning to make a deposit. Ended up waiting in line for 15 minutes for the one person who was working while two other employees just stood there. Then was asked repeatedly three times to upgrade my account by one of the employees just standing there. I said no. Will certainly not be upgrading from someone uninterested in doing her job. Certainly demonstrates where their priorities lie. Not sure if this is due to the merger. But I will be looking for a new bank after joining in 2008.

The employees at this branch location are so helpful, kind, and understanding. Charity, Rosie, and Angela exceeded all expectations with regards to customer service and banking assistance. I can’t thank you enough for making a difficult situation as easy to handle as possible.

My card was suspended due to some unaccounted for charges. The branch here said that I have to cancel it and order a new one, but customer service said I only had to call to unlock it. I have to wait a week for a card now.
