Good bank normally I would leave 5 stars but today they didn’t give out early pay with zero notice to customers that it would be happening. There should of been some form of communication

Huntington is awful to go through for your home mortgage. Unfortunately, we do not get to choose where we pay our mortgages through. However, if we did, I would NOT recommend Huntington. After over 3 years of living in our current home, my husband and I still have issues with our Escrow account being short. We have had to pay a fee every year, we have added more money to our Escrow, allotted extra payments to our Escrow, you name it, we've done it and it STILL ends up short and Huntington is NO help and always states that it is our fault when it is on their end. They have never been able to give an explanation. The taxes have not gone up to equal how much extra we are paying. This same issue is not happening to just us, it is happening to multiple people we know that bank through Huntington for their mortgages. They need trained mortgage individuals or someone to talk to IN PERSON that can do their job correctly. The amount of rude, disrespectful behavior from Huntington employees is insane and needs to be corrected so we are not (literally) paying for their mistakes.

There's some chick there who refused to open an account for me saying "no manager on duty" It was 10 AM on a Friday, I went to the downtown location and the guy did it with no problem and said she was full of crap. Yesterday I called in about a fee I wished to get removed, she wouldn't even look me up in the system and said call customer service, I asked for a manager "no manager on duty" again. Wtf Huntington?

Such a disappointing experience. I am a realtor in Los Angeles, CA. My client was from Michigan and used this lender on a home they were trying to purchase. It soon became apparent this company does not know how to commit to a deadline as we almost lost this transaction at every step due to their lack of appropriate action. I give the loan officer an "F" for communication and another "F" because they FAILED the entire deal. This was a simple 30 day escrow that took almost 60 days to close!!! We received a "notice to buyer to perform" on the appraisal contingency (meaning if the buyer didn't perform within 2 days the deal was dead) and another for the loan contingency. We then received a "Demand to Close" because this company couldn't close on time and could not give us an estimated closing date! The loan documents had not even been sent out (usually a week or more prior to closing) on the day it was set to close! The Loan officer never informed us there were any problems. I was told by my client this has happened to her on two previous transactions. So far, because of this loan officer, my client had to agree to a $100/day per diem penalty until close of escrow. This cost my client $2500 out of pocket. The lender didn't offer to help cover that cost. By far my worst experience with a mortgage lender. Buyers BEWARE!

I cannot give this place enough stars. I absolutely LOVE the friendly and efficient customer service I experience here every single time no matter what is going on in the world. Even during a global pandemic the entire staff have remained calm, friendly, and so helpful! In a very dark time they are a light in my day. I highly recommend everyone switch to Huntington on Liberty!:) Shout out to my boy Jeffery, and my ladies Katie and Cathy for keeping us going during this mess! Thank you for your services:)

I LOVE this bank!!! So I have 5 banks right next to my apt and I get on the bus and travel 3 miles to use this location. Everyone is WONDERFUL!!! No shady fees no hassle no stress! Shout out to Jeffery! He’s great as are all the staff:) I recommend anyone switch to Huntington on Liberty:)

The tellers are extremely friendly and helpful. They always ask me how my day has been and ask if I have any fun plans coming up. They are efficient and don't keep you waiting. Also, they give out free candy!!

The staff at this branch are really terrific! The manager, Ryan Kunkle, will really go out of his way for you. I've been banking with Huntington since 2005 (wow, 10 years!) and I have never had a problem. This branch is right downtown, so parking is a challenge, but I go over to that branch when I need something special done because they're so accommodating.
