Please, do not send your loved ones here. There is no supervision in the group housing. They did not perform random drug testing as promised or inforce the rules required by the state to be considered recovery housing. When clients need their services the most, the staff is unavailable, especially on the weekends. When addicts are in crisis, they need help making transitions in an area they have never navigated. There was no support or follow through.

I wish I had the option of ZERO stars. Promises and policies such as regular testing, consistent treatment of clients and supervision were rarely if ever carried out. It was a for profit enterprise for sure. Little regard for clients special needs or problems. Management seldom knew what other management was doing. Callous disregard for fragile clients’needs was a factor in our son, age 27 dying. Buyer beware. No follow up, many unreturned calls.

Recently having completed treatment at the Residential Program I can say that the staff go the extra mile to help people Recover from their addiction. I had the pleasure of recieving services from Coty, Darren and Heather and are forever greatful to have experienced their professional demeaner and the respect they bestowed upon me. I also want to acknowledge the support staff that assist them, Marie, Stephanie, Cole, Tracie, Germaine, Jamie, Carson and Tom all helped me see the wonders of living a life in recovery and I appreciate the whole month of September that I spent there learning more about myself and my addiction. The place was clean, the food great and the overall experience was just wondeful and enlightening.

So many promises when my son had his intake. He was a client, a human being who needed your professional care and guidance. After a year of living in your house, his calls were not returned. My calls were not returned either.

PLEASE IF YOU ARE READING THIS DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. THIS IS A TOXIC ENVIRONMENT WHERE THE HOUSE MANAGERS ALLOW USE IN THE HOUSE. I am not one to leave negative reviews but my experience here was absolutely eye opening. When I arrived I was with my family. Demeria day us down and began asking me very personal questions I did not feel comfortable answering in front of my family. I told her that she was Making me uncomfortable, and she became aggressive and asked if I had a personal problem with her. I responded by asking if she was a therapist or held some type of license because of the intense detailed personal question she was asking. She responded no and continued her aggressive behavior in till I was directed into the house I would be staying at. It is a tiny bed in a room with five other man that is so dirty I had to bring my own sheets and blankets and pillows from home because the comforter and pillows they had were infested with bedbugs. Mold in the shower and paint chipping from walls. Air condition only in one room. I began to take pictures and video of how unsanitary the house Wise and Demiera began cleaning as soon as she saw me documenting the house. The members of the house have been there for a very long time, most of them over a year and they have an inner circle that runs it like a fraternity house. Arti, demeria and Kim run the house, but they are not professionals, they are recovering addicts. They bring their personal lives into work and act more like teenagers than teachers.very pricey for the all around low quality experience. As a business student I see this is a business strictly but I also have empathy and I believe that this house needs to be cleaned out staff and patience for this system to work. Toxic work staff who are unmonitored can lead your loved one down the wrong path when they are trying to find the right one. If you are still considering sending your love doing here email me or send me a message and I will send you a 13 minute video of the disgusting house and of Damira, Arti and Kim telling me I’m not a good fit because I wanted to know why the dirty house couldn’t be cleaned and why no one took accountability. That’s how I was raised. Thank you. 1 star. Never again.

This place saved my life. They have given me back so much that I had lost and continue to give. They always have my best interest at heart and are very attentive to my specific needs. They have a way of making me feel like I'm home, literally, from the day I walked in. They all take their jobs and the care they give extremely serious, and want each and every person to succeed. 100% would recommend.

Had a substance abuse evaluation done here for a license appeal hearing. Kim was very professional and knowledgeable. I was extremely satisfied with the services they provided me and cost was very fair. I recommend this place for your evaluation since i had tried other places with dismal and poor results. New visions and kim are awesome thanks so much for all the help!!!
